Unit is very nice, well furnished, and in a good location. We did have a small problem with the HVAC which made the upper floor warm one night but it was quickly resolved by the owner. We looked at tee times but decided to play golf elsewhere because of poor time selections and excessive rates for a course that is not that great and was basically empty.

The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. Great location. We’ve been renting through VRBO for many years and this was the first home we’ve stayed in that was missing some amenities as far as household items and kitchen items. Otherwise the home was great. If you aren’t planning to cook much while here, you will have no issues! Also be ready to stock up on everything from Saran Wrap to hand soap.

Peaceful friendly neighborhood

The house was spacious and even included a food mat and dishes for our dog. The location of the house at the beginning of the cul-de-sac provided a very quiet and peaceful stay. They had live tv which was a nice alternative to just streaming options. They also had two nice homey living rooms. All of the properties in the neighborhood were clean and well-kept, and everyone we met walking our dog was friendly. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent Place

It was a wonderful neighborhood. The house was wonderful. I do think there should be instructions on how to properly use the remote for the tvThe fees were a little high for us having 6 adults and 6 kids, but for someone with a large group and lots of money it would be fine.

Cleanliness

The property is in a great location and very spacious however when we arrived it was dirty. The carpets needed vacuumed the end tables were dirty and the walls were so dirty with spill marks smudge marks and some of the doors had stuff on them. Had to call Vacasa and they immediately sent someone but she only ran vacuum and wiped end tables. She said they were out of majic erasers so the walls and doors we lived with. And the upstairs blind was barely hanging . The property is great but needs a good deep cleaning for the money I spent dont think it is to much to ask for it to be clean.

2nd Time was Just as Great

Me and the girls stayed here again after visiting back in December. The house and furniture is CLEAN! The kitchen is well stocked, bedding was clean and towels were fresh. The water pressure and temperature in the upstairs bathroom improved significantly!! This is our go to place! Note - There are dogs that have stayed here so if you have allergies chose another place - my daughter sneezed and itched all weekend as a result. Hard to find a place that is pet free all year round.

Girls' Tennis Weekend

The property was ready when we arrived at 4 pm and entering the house was easy. The living area was well kept and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms for the six of us. However, the 2 upstairs showers did not get hot water. The water was lukewarm, quickly turning to cold after just a few minutes. This was strange, as the sinks upstairs received hot water and the shower in the downstairs bathroom had hot water. While this may not have mattered too much in the summer, in February it was a nuisance! We all had to take turns showering in the downstairs bathroom - which was annoying since there were 6 of us!

Beautiful Home

Quiet beautiful large neighborhood to ride bikes in because of all the wonderful trees! Great central air conditioning for hot humid days. Two tv rooms on first level for the grandkids to enjoy their own shows. Very comfortable home for our family vacation! Thank You!

Great Place

This place was an amazing place to stay. It was close to where we needed to be for the weekend and the little touches throughout the house were great. We had pets staying with us and there was doggie bowls out for them and a leash hanging up. Will definitely stay here again when in the area as we are usually in the area once a year !

Bright and clean with main-floor bedroom

Lovely end-unit townhouse. Bright and airy, very clean, Quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed. Kitchen well stocked with drip and K-cup coffeemakers, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, etc. Hairdryer, washer/dryer, recycling bin, table for eight. About ten minute drive to the beach.

Relaxing!

Very clean and well maintained! We took advantage of the patio furniture out back to relax at night with a glass of wine! Plenty of room for the kids to have their own space! Highly recommend this property!!
