The Beach Life townhouse was beautiful and exceeded expectations. Not only was there plenty of space to enjoy and feel relaxed, the extra touches were appreciated. Paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, napkins, cleaning supplies. New sponges for the sink! The pillows in the master bedroom could use replacement, including an increase in size to king sizepillows so the pillow cases fit. The includes grill, propane, and beach gear was a welcome attribute and was so helpful. The entire neighborhood feels safe, home-like, and peaceful. The pool area was gorgeous and we had two wonderful days there. Despite Hurricane Erin ruining half of our vacation, it would have been much worse if not for a nice place to call home. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Truly wonderful

Everything was like new, extras within the house were plentiful, the hosts were gracious and helpful, the extra cost for the pool was completely worth the investment and the location to quality ratio was the best of any rental we’ve had over many many years of vacationing at the Delaware beaches.

Highly recommend!

The townhouse itself is beautiful. Very clean and well stocked with necessities. The hosts were responsive to questions in a timely manner. The community was also very well kept and lovely. We did not use the community facilities but they looked very clean and well maintained.

Great modern townhouse

Host excellent service and helpful . Very nice and clean townhome in great neighborhood in Bethany Beach. Pool and club facilities well appointed and comfortable although extra fee for each person. Beach not far but further than the 1.5 miles in listing.

Relaxing stay

This home was perfect for our family’s beach trip. The home was very comfortable and had great space for everyone to spread out. It was just a short drive to Bethany for the beach, shopping or restaurants. We also took advantage of the community pool. The owners were very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

All the amenities and more

Love our stay - the property is so well appointed and stocked. we really love the convenient of the beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board as well as beach wagon. It was not very far from the beach at all and whats better is having a pool to come back to. The grill was great for us to have many meals at home as well. The house was the perfect size for our family and we had the best time! Thank you for having us!!!

Family get away

I would definitely stay again!

The home was updated, clean, spacious, and accommodated our family of 8 perfectly. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood with a large community pool, gym, and other recreational areas. The owners communicated very well throughout the process and supplied things such as tp, paper towels, trash bags, laundry, dish, and hand soaps. The patio area had a lot of comfortable seating and a small yard area for ladder ball or corn hole. Tip- Bring bug spray if you plan on going out there. Beach access was only a few minute drive. Our stay was very enjoyable 10/10 recommend!

Wonderful house near Bethany Beach

This is one of the nicest beach houses we have stayed at. Sparkling clean at check-in, beautiful decor, and lots of thoughtful items like beach toys, chairs, umbrella, games, and cooking utensils. Nice patio in the back for outdoor meals. Great community pool, and short drive to the beach. Great hosts. Highly recommend this house!

Summer Vacation with a Twist!

We stayed at this unit during the week of: June 27, 2022. The townhome is simply beautiful. It appears to be a newer build in a very quiet community. The décor is a modern “Beach Theme”. Very well maintained with a fully stocked kitchen. For as much as we enjoyed our stay, I must say there were a few inconveniences: 1). Towels (Beach, Pool & Bath) were not supplied and are usually the renter’s responsibility to supply. 2). Use of the Community Pool is not included in the weekly rate. The cost during our stay was $35 dollars per person for the week. 3). Bedding (Sheet) are also not included in the weekly rate. I regret we did not read this detail early on (in the fine print). For as much as we paid for a weeks stay, I feel the items mentioned above should have been included in our overall cost. With school age kids at home, We rent units for the summer quite regularly & never have we been required to provide our own sheets, towels or pay for the use of the community pool). To the owners defense: They make you aware of the option to rent these materials if desired. Because we traveled by automobile we had the option to pack our own materials, In the event we traveled by air, it would have been very costly to pay the additional fees for the weight of towels & bedding for a family of 4. Overall it was a great stay. We enjoyed the unit. The owners were friendly & very informative. If we ever take another drive trip to Delaware we’d definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Perfect.

We are so lucky to of stayed here. It was in a nice, new, quiet neighborhood, and also sooo close to the beach. Property owners were amazing, and great with communicating. We would 100% recommend to others. We felt like it was home away from home. Would stay there again if we ever are back in the area!
