"Property is easily accessible, close to the main road. Check-in was easy with a lock-box and a combination provided when we contacted our host Mark. The property was very clean and tidy, roomy and quiet. Beds were comfy. Valley views were stunning. Mark provided some basic breakfast foods, plus some local produce for us to take home! Mark, who lives downstairs, was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We would be happy to stay here for a longer visit. "

"We have stayed at Chermside on Thomas several times. This time we had a nicely renovated room which was quite spacious compared to previous studio rooms. Lovely shower with awesome pressure. Comfy bed and nice kitchenette. The grab n go breakfast is sufficient. Undercover parking included is a bonus. Westfield shopping and bus terminal within easy walking distance. "

"The location is very good. Great views and everything you need / want s close by. The unit appeared a little tired. The roll down blinds in the unit were in very bad condition, including mould on the blinds especially in the master bedroom. You didn't notice during the day but at night with lights on you can see the mould."

"Clean and tidy house close to bus stop. Only 3 towels left for 4 booked guests. Host did not respond to request for another towel. No indoor table (or outdoor) and chairs and only 3 barstools. Only plastic wine glasses but otherwise good amount of crockery. Great to have both washing machine and dryer as we had wet weather during our stay."

"We had a lovely time at the Bunya Guesthouse. Everything we could have needed was there and the house was lovely.
