The apt was super clean! No sand, no musty smell, kitchen and bathroom spotless. Everything spotless. Fabulous location, walking distance to the exceptional beach, Chance Sur Le Mer State Park. Beds were comfortable. Good lighting. Good towels. Good internet.

We were giving the wrong entry codes for the unit. We arrived after hours so trying to get the right codes took awhile. Nice little place near the beach. On the main road which is nice if you are new to town. Both beds in Unit G were creaky.

Adequate

The house was satisfactory except for the kitchen and bathroom. Those areas need to be larger & modernized. People next to our unit appeared to be permanent & stayed up making noise until 2 every evening.

The walls were very thin, neighbor noise was annoying. The goat heads outside the patio we're so bad we did not use the space. Sad since we paid a pet fee and couldn't use the space.coul

Neighbor Cigarette Smoking Outside Windows

The property was great for a vacation get away, nothing to complain about. It was great having the ocean air at night, until people moved in to the unit next to us and smoked outside the back windows that we had to keep closed after that.

Excellent

The property is clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. My only recommendation would be to include a table to gather around to play games. The bar works for a quick bite to eat but a table would have made it perfect.

Clean, Convenient, and Comfortable

It was an older property but remodeled and clean. I didn't have to re-clean anything. We felt safe and it is an older smaller complex that doesn't have direct trails to the beach nor does it have a view of much, but it suited us just fine. Next door was a major hotel and you could walk to the beach or shopping. I only gave this 4 stars due to the age of the property even though the units were nicely updated and furnished. I was surprised that the extra fees did add up for us just being there for a weekend, it almost doubled the cost to stay there. I would stay there again. It was a just right for our group.

Great little condo!

We enjoyed the stay. The place was very accommodating and comfortable. Everything was easily accessible, check in was a breeze. The one odd thing was a basket with used sanitary pads under the bathroom sink - it was not the main bathroom trash can as this was still there; more like someone put it away with other things. Didn’t spoil our weekend at all, though! Walking distance to few good food /beer places. There’s a small bar on the property with music on Saturday. Smoking area outside, plus a dog park. We would stay there again ! Thank you, hosts!

Not a two bedroom

The overall property was clean, and easy to find. But I was surprised to find that the 2nd bedroom didn't have a window in it. My understanding from working for a homebuilder that a bedroom has to have a door, closet and a window to qualify. Also there was no view from the main living area to the outside like the pictures showed. The kitchen didn't have a stove, only a 2 burner cook top and a small microwave. If these items are not important to you then it's a good place to stay for a vacation.

Great location and comfy beds!

We stayed here for the Ocean Shores Razor Clam and Seafood Fest. The location is walkable to lots of restaurants and bars, and o my a three minute walk to the beach. Cute, cozy, and clean. No complaints and would definitely stay here again.

Decent condo for a small family

Nice condo for 2-3 people. Clean and walking distance to a few restaurants/bars, including the tavern just in front of the rental. Property managers were super responsive and helpful.

Perfect Cozy Place for Ocean Shores

We absolutely love this place. Everything is perfect! Very Clean and cozy with everything that you need (i wished that the trash can has a lid though). But we were able to tie the the bag to help with odor, so no big deal. Our 2 - 6 year old love it too. Close to the beach and town. A short drive to everywhere. Check in/Check Out was easy and transparent. We will be coming again and again. Thank you for having us ;)

Great Location and Wonderful Unit

The unit was exactly as described and pictured. Clean, well-stocked, and beautifully updated. Walking distance to attractions in town and beach access. Roomy enough for two couples or a family. We look forward to staying there again soon!
