Only complaints are the bed and couch are horribly uncomfortable. The bed was hard as a rock and makes a ton of noise with every little move. Also, no sponge or dish soap for washing dishes. Outside of those things, the property is large, clean, and comfortable. We had an issue getting into the unit because the instructions sebt were wrong but it was remedied with a quick phone call.

Nice and cozy

Great place to stay. Just remember to bring laundry soap, the cleaning staff said they had none. So the wife didn't trust the linen and towels and washed all of them after smelling them and noticing just a light watery, musty smell, no detergent. Other than that, might be back again. P.S. Didn't use our soap to wash clothes after we left, the wife felt we done did our part !!

Went for a quiet romantic weekend, did not happen...Towels had brown stains and the driers was still running so some of the towels and a robe in the their drying. Bed was not completely made, NO top sheet and no pillow cases. Pillow shams were stained as was the mattress. Dirty sheets and towels in the bedroom closet and broken suitcase stand. Back door was unlocked, and glass missing in a cabinet in the kitchen. No soap or garbage can liners. TH facilities are spacious and the fireplace and Jacuzzi were great, but the the little things and big just made the stay uncomfortable and made it so we just wanted to go home. We not stay here again... called the support number twice and 18 hours later no a word after asking them to have someone follow up with us.

Nice place to hang your hat for the day and go enjoy the outdoors. Close to Ocean, rental equipment, restaurants, coffee shops etc...no matter what your interests are you will probably find something to do in this cool little Ocean town!

We loved the peacefulness. Great ocean view from the balcony on 2nd floor. Kitchen was well stocked. Jacuzzi tub was nice! Easy parking. The couch was uncomfortable & the king bed was very squeaky!! One of the chairs on the balcony was broken & unusable. The inside of the toilet looked like it had not been cleaned in over a month. Other than those things we were pretty happy with our stay!

Nice place to stay. Our room was quite comfortable, but the building is showing its age and needs quite a but of maintenance. Lots of little things that are broken or don't work. The building exterior is in need of a good cleaning.

Not bad as far as cleanliness but there was a slippery film on all of the tile in the bathroom, hallway, and kitchen. Needs some maintenance attention for sure. Shower door came off track due to missing wheel. The oven smoked when first turned on. The fridge/freezer is loud when running. The door handle to the outside deck fell off. The jacuzzi tub didn’t have power and the faucet to the tub was also falling off.

The property has a good view of the water, but is generally in need a repairs and maintenance. Some exterior work was being done on the bannisters, which was noisy and not mentioned during booking. Cleanliness of the room was sub-par for the price (including stained linens and dirty dishes put away). Skylights don’t have shades, so make sure to bring a sleep mask in the summer unless you’re an early bird.

Quiet with An ocean view.

The stay was great once we got underway. I didn’t realize until the day we traveled that Vacasa does not release the check in information until the morning of your stay. I tried to reach the property managers via email and phone. I sent two emails but never got a response. That did not get our trip off to a very good start. Once we got underway and the information sent to our email from Vacasa Everything was fine.

Good place to relax, could've been better

My partner and I enjoyed our time here, but there were a few hiccups. Cleaning staff had not finished by the time we arrived at 4 pm, so we had to wait for them to complete their work (not sure if it was an issue on their end or with the property letting them know), the unit was very clean (except for some binoculars on the shelf), but the balcony had a panel missing which had been replaced with a slab of wood. Hot tub was great and the unit definitely served our needs to relax and enjoy time together, so overall would still stay here again.

Night mare!

When we arrived Sunday door wasn’t lock the key box was broken . The key would not lock the door . We tried Calling Vacasa for some help no one would answer. Over hour wait. We decided to go out to eat . Stuck in our room on our anniversary!! We are missing a I pad from our room. Monday morning we got to talk to someone at Vacasa . Site manger came and fix the door lock. We are waiting on the manager to see if anyone enter the room by there cameras. Charges pending this outcome . ☹️ Barry Hoffman

Great location. No on-site management

Great location. Close to beach. Nice having the jacuzzi and fireplace in the living room. Well-equipped kitchen (bring your own starter coffee). Problems with toilet and door sticking. We tried to contact office (around 5 pm) but couldn't reach anyone. Washer and dryer on site. We wanted to start towels for housekeeper but sign said 'Employees only'. Please put tv instructions in manual. Overall, good stay.
