The Owl's Nest is an awesome beach and peninsula life experience. From the moment you walk in and open the motorized blinds on the giant windows you can’t forget you are at the beach. Looking out over the dunes at the ocean and smelling the sea air is exactly the experience we were looking for and this house delivered. There was more than enough room for our family of 5 and the home is well equipped with all the things you need to enjoy your stay. For us the house is the central part of any vacation, so we need it to feel special while also feeling like home. Within a day we were at home in this house.I also really like to have a host that feels readily accessible if I need them but not intrusive. This property management group balanced that perfectly. They reached out over text early in the process, sent us helpful messages occasionally, and responded very quickly when we had a question, even after the stay was over. I was very impressed and comforted by their communication style. Overall, I can’t recommend this property highly enough.

Long Beach trip

This home was amazing. It had so many fun things to keep us busy without even going anywhere - we didn’t even get around to all the amenities. The walk to the beach was just a couple min and the ocean waves could be seen from the house. Would definitely recommend and book again for our family!!

Family weekend trip

My family and I decided to go on a weekend trip, and we found this gorgeous home with a stunning view of the beach and plenty of activities for all ages inside. I gave it a five-star rating, but it deserves more. This house is on my list of places to revisit if we ever return to Long Beach.

🌧 day, perfect stay

Had everything you needed and even toiletries if you forgot yours the only con was the stairs were a lot for my older dog. But her being able to lay out on the deck made up for it . There is a lot of house your able to seperate your party comfortably .

Location of the house was nice. I liked all the dishes, towels, and garbage bags (usually they only give you 3, which when you have a large group it seems unrealistic). They need to do better on the dusting, sweeping downstairs and cleaning of windows/mirrors. The Murphy bed is broken. Which would’ve been nice to have known before pulling it out since when I pulled it out it fell out Squished my fingers in the handle on the outside of the Murphy bed and in between the couch where it was centered and just about broke my fingers. They are swollen with bruising. I called to let management know. Amber said “oh yeah, my manager was there yesterday and noticed that it was broken.” That should definitely be addressed.

Walk to the beach!

Sweet oceanfront property

A perfect place to relax and stay with teenagers. The game room and sauna were great. They took over that room as their suite for the week. A short beautiful walk to the ocean and miles of oceanfront greats you each day. Just what we all needed! You are a good 10 minute drive to town, but it’s not too bad, and the town is super cute with great food options. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay.

Wonderful, vacation house

We had a fantastic time on the Washington coast, and this house made it perfect. It was clean and comfortable and the game room downstairs was exceptional. I highly recommend.

Everything you could want in a beachfront rentalt

We stayed for 6 days, and still only used about half the features of the house. All of the amenities in the listing were available, well-maintained and fully functional, as were a dozen cool features not even mentioned on the web. Plus, the view and the beach were idyllic. A fantastic place to stay.

Great place for a getaway

We spent 5 days at Owls Nest. The house had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The view of the ocean is amazing. You are a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to town!! The rental agency was easy to work with and checked in periodically with us. It was a great stay and I am sure we will be back!

Great winter getaway.

We had a great escape from the city and enjoyed the little plug-in fireplaces and sauna! Super cozy! I can see why it’s also great in the summer time. Love the updated tech features around the home which was something I never think about (or even have in my own home) which just made our trip easier! Thanks and I hope to stay again soon.
