"First of all, the location was great. It was walking distance to the beach and the grassy area in the back was great for walking dogs. We do appreciate that pets were allowed. The property needed a lot of TLC. The screen door was broken, the interior doors didn't latch properly so you can actually get locked out of the bedroom and bathroom. There was no top sheet on the bed and the bed seemed smaller than a queen. It seemed like a full size mattress. There was no hand soap at the bathroom vanity...

"Right behind beach. One house back but some water views from unit. We were there in mid October past the high season. Very calm and peaceful there. Probably the cleanest vrbo rental I ever stayed in. Clearly a full remodel had been recently done. Bayley property manager is top tier, and stayed in touch and made sure we had a good experience. "

"Being so close to the water was great. Place was a little smaller than we typically get but sufficient and was very clean. The owner was great to communicate with and quick to respond to questions. We particularly liked the shaded patio area in front."

"Even though the property was small it was spacious for two people especially my husband and I we had an awesome awesome week there the host was unbelievably kind the woman Kathy that clean the unit was exceptional and very very nice the neighborhood was peaceful and it was very convenient to the pier and all the shops definitely will be staying there from now on every year it was awesome"
