Good location , few things we found that would have changed our mind to renting Description said tiki area , no such thing, there was a covered area but it was full of broken chairs and wood laying around , there was zero shade on deck or entire pool area and when I inquired about an umbrella was told that there was no mention of umbrellas provided and (I have never rented a beach house in 20 years of renting that didn’t have an umbrella on a deck table ) would have to ask owner if they can purchase one , then they never replied to my follow up , so we didn’t use pool or deck as often as we would have liked to since it was the one big reason we rented this house was for the pool , ice maker broken , so had to buy ice all week . And if you have little kids check under couch when you first arrive , we had to clean under it mid week after our little one kept finding trash under it , pictures are not very recent , house is more weathered than they show , deck nails are all rusted as well as table on back deck , all in all we enjoyed our stay but won’t rent here again
