Wonderful!

This was a wonderful vacation rental! The property was clean, modern, and very spacious. We had plenty of room for our family of 6 adults and one toddler. The entire complex was very well maintained and the location was perfect. It was an easy drive to all the local restaurants, yet far enough away to be more secluded and quiet. The beach was never overly crowded. Martie was wonderful at answering all of our questions and available whenever we needed her. We are already looking forward to visiting again!

Fun family time

We had a wonderful stay in Martie’s condo. It was clean, updated, comfortable, and well appointed. Martie was responsive to questions and sent a great communication before checkin with all of the info we needed! Highly recommend this condo!

Beautiful view, great location!

Our family stayed at this condo for our summer vacation. We loved the vacation vibe of ocean isle. The restaurants were good, summer treats did not disappoint and the mini golf was great to have in the town center. The condo has great access to everything. Walking to the pointe was easy and beautiful. The condo had everything we needed. The bathrooms were nice and updated! The 2nd floor was so nice to have. It felt like a little escape with its own balcony! Pool was great! Communication was easy and quick. No issues during our stay. We would come back!

Great view, fast communication, and well maintained rental

We took my parents to OIB to thank them for helping us move to NC a little over a year ago, as they'd never been to an east coast beach. As my step dad is older and not super mobile, we were specifically looking for a rental that had an ovean view, covered patio. He sat out there most of the week and loved it! Martie's rental was clean, ready to go, and easy to access. Check in was easy and the keypad door lock is especially convenient so you don't have to worry about losing house keys in the sand. My 3 year old, who is going through an anti bathing thing was so mesmerized by the removable shower head upstairs that he actually ASKED to take a shower every day! The layout is great and provides a ton of privacy between bedrooms. Kitchen is well stocked, and the separate AC controls upstairs and downstairs kept everyone very comfortable. Martie was so warm and responsive and answered all our questions promptly. Plenty of parking too. Would certainly stay here again!

Great condo!

We were very happy with the property. Bathrooms appear to be recently updated, very nice kitchen with granite countertops, everything in working order. Great communication with the owner. Owner got back to us immediately if we had a question. And of course, the location is perfect. Would definitely want to stay here again.

Great condo!

The condo was exceptionally clean. Very quiet end of the building, very well stocked with kitchen equipment, beds were very comfy and furnishing were clean and up to date. Everything worked as it should and the bathrooms were beautiful with brand new showers. Martie was very easy to reach and nice to chat with. We were a family of 6 and had plenty of room. We had great stay with beautiful views! Hope to be back again next year.

Beautiful setting, but dirty and too many cockroaches!

Had trouble getting in condo, very dark area and extremely poor lighting, even at 3:00 P.M. The condo's furniture cushions were very dirty, as were the bed linens(comforters, mattress pads). The pillows had a terrible odor and bloody spots on it. We called owner re: cockroches, advised to use spray under sink. There is definitely an infestation going on on the balcony. My husband killed at least 6 every night we were there. Many more got away. They were 1/2" to 2" long. Very disgusting. Only did find 2 in the condo. Plus side- huge pool, but NO umbrellas, furniture needs to be cleaned/replaced. Loved elevator. Loved being able to see and hear the waves.

Great property

This condo is ideally located oceanfront on the west end. The property was very clean and nicely appointed. We had great communication with the owner who was very helpful and responsive to our needs. Having an elevator and carts available for moving in and out was very helpful.

Great place right on the beach

We love staying at Windjammer on Ocean Isle Beach, and this unit is a excellent one. Not right over the beach access, so was quiet and we enjoyed the balconies on both floors. Martie, the owner, was easy to reach beforehand. We also used the storage closet off the parking area and put our beach stuff there. Love the pool!

Best Vacation Ever

This place is perfect in every way! Martie is an excellent host!! The condo was perfect. My family has not been on a vacation together in 10 years or more. We had a wonderful time. We had no issues with the condo or with Martie. It was perfect! We will be coming back next year! Ocean Isle is a beautiful place.
