  • Casa bien cuidada de 4 dormitorios, 2 baños, frente al mar: 130 East First Street, Ocean Isle Beach, Carolina del Norte, 28469. ¡Vea el océano y la playa con amigos y familiares en sus vacaciones! Aire acondicionado con calefacción central, 3 televisores a color por cable / DVR (sala de estar), reproductor de DVD, sistema estéreo Bose, ventilador de techo, Wi-Fi, 2 camas queen size y 2 camas matrimoniales, dos camas plegables, lavandería conveniente de buen tamaño habitación, cocina completamente actualizada (bien equipada y fácil de usar), horno / microondas de alta gama, microondas, lavavajillas LG nuevo, cafetera, sartén eléctrica, tostadora y muchas ollas grandes para cocinar la pesca del día.

    Hay un porche cubierto con vistas al océano con bancos y mecedoras. Además de una terraza para tomar el sol, hay escalones fáciles de subir y aterrizar en la playa. Nueva gran área de ducha / vestidor exterior cerrada con agua fría / caliente, ducha exterior y estacionamiento conveniente. El muelle de pesca de Ocean Isle está aproximadamente a media milla de la playa.
    Nombre de la casa: "VISTA AL OCÉANO" No hay caminos, líneas eléctricas u otras propiedades entre la casa y la playa.


    Ocean Isle está a 15 millas de 30 o más campos de golf y muchos restaurantes geniales. ¡A solo 15 minutos de Seafood Capital of the World - (Calabash, Carolina del Norte) y a 2 millas de nuestro aeropuerto local! We were very pleased with our stay. The house was clean; a great house for our family. The location was perfect, right on the beach with beautiful views of the ocean. The host was very accommodating and easy to get in contact with.

Our first year staying in this house…we had a wonderful stay. We cooked at least one meal everyday and had everything that we needed. Older home, nothing fancy. Very clean, new appliances, beds were comfortable. My husband made the comment that he could tell the owner takes pride in this house. We had 7 in our group this year and had plenty of space.

The cottage was everything it was reported to be. Clean and comfortsably furnished and equipped - 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds, new a[ppliances, ocean front. It was close to good restaurants and points of interest and reasonably priced. Our host/owner was accomodating and very easy to work with. Even the weather coopertated. If our schedules can be worked out we will probably go again next summerBill J

We were a group of 8 longtime college buddies and this property was a serene place to reunite and reminisce. At the end of April, the beach was nearly secluded and we took advantage of peaceful morning and evening walks, picking up shells along the way. We all agreed it was the experience we were looking for. Our host, Steve communicated well and was very attentive to our needs, even offering us an early check in. We’d definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was exactly what you picture when you think of a cozy beach getaway. Super clean, comfortable, and the location honestly couldn’t have been better. Being able to walk right out and be at the beach in minutes was such a win.The views were beautiful, especially in the mornings and evenings, and the whole place just had that relaxing, peaceful vibe we needed. The AC worked great (which is a must at the beach!), and everything was well taken care of.You can tell the host really cares about the space and the guests’ experience. We felt right at home the entire time. Definitely one of those places you don’t want to leave and we’ll for sure be back!
