This was a very nice property amd enough room for all. The bathrooms were a bit small and a few thing could use some updating. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could imagine. There were no bed linens when we arrived and didnt realize until we were headed to bed. Made a quick phone call and in 45 min they were delivered. Owners very quick to respond. The outdoor space was great! Paunt very faded could use some brighter paint and new bean bags for corn hole. Shower was wonderful! View of beach was great and we very much enjoyed the front deck!!! Bilkes very a bit worn out but great! Overall a great place! Definitely worth the stay! Thank you again! Lynn amd Bill

Family fun

Great location - able to walk and/or bike to sunset slush, mini golf and restaurants. 3 min walk to the beach w easy access. Under the porch fun activities for all. Shuffle board, connect four and more. This was our second time at this home and we highly recommend staying here.

Perfect House for a Family Vacation

Sandwitches' Cottage is a perfect house for a family vacation. The house is clean and the kitchen is fully stocked. The owner's are wonderful with communication and allow you to have access to beach items. The carport is a phenomenal place for entertainment as it is full of games, outdoor seating, and hammocks. The private outdoor shower is a delightful bonus. We are excited to return in following years.

Wonderful Home

We loved our stay. The beach was so close and the home was comfortable and very clean. We had trouble turning on the AC and the owner contacted us in minutes with the (very simple) solution. The hosts were excellent and so was the home.

Second great stay!

I just love this cozy cottage! It is perfect for our families (two 4-person families). While many cottages are being sold and mega-houses built in their place, I appreciate this smaller, charming spot that is the perfect size (and price point) for a smaller group. Thank you and looking forward to planning our next trip!

Family vacation

Just spent a week at Sandwitches cottage and it was fantastic. Cottage was perfect size for family of 5. The place was fully equipped with several amenities. Close to the pier to either walk or bike ride. We enjoyed the ocean view from the deck as well as the games underneath. Outdoor shower was a huge plus too. Great communication with owner from Day 1. I would highly recommend this place!

A housekeeper that obviously needs another line of work

The week at the house was fine the problem started when we returned home and were told they were not returning some of the damage deposit. There was some sand in a tub and the housekeeper said she had to spend extra time getting Drano. We only used 2 of the 4 bedrooms, never cooked a meal there- we had other family nearby in a larger house with a big kitchen for family meals. Never used the oven, pots and pans. But the housekeeper said the Drano took extra time. She also seems to spend a lot of time on her phone texting to the homeowners in New York about the job she is hired to do. If she didn’t want to clean houses then maybe she is in the wrong line of work. The owners- in New York- take the side of the housekeeper and charged for some sand at the beach. There are also a lot of personal items at the house and it makes it hard to find a clear area to put things. I moved some items so the the young boys with us wouldn’t bother them or break them and the housekeeper reported that we had “redecorated”. It was to protect the items from any mishap. I tried to put everything back in it’s place. The house is over stuffed with trinkets and signs but we were fine with all that until the owner started itemizing things the housekeeper had to do that they considered extra- not ever giving any thought to the areas of the house that were unused and untouched. The sand in the tub came from a previously clogged drain that didn’t drain well after one shower- it was never used again.

Charming with ocean views

The cottage was great. We really enjoyed the spacious deck with views of the ocean. Beach chairs, bikes and sand toys are plentiful in the shed. Kitchen had every appliance we needed and there is a separate pantry cabinet for your non-perishable items. A convenient charcoal grill is just down the back stairs.
