What a clean and beautiful beach house is a perfect layout for our family. Easy beach access is right across the street and a heated pool was perfect in October. The kitchen was fully equipped with double refrigerators which was especially nice for our family. We really appreciated having an elevator for bringing up luggage and for the seniors in our group. The host responds quickly if you have questions or needed help. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Amazing stay, plenty of space

The property was perfect for my family thanksgiving and celebration of my parents' 40th wedding anniversary. The house was clean and spacious and the views were perfect. We enjoyed the living space and the kitchen was enormous--a plus with so many of us trying to cook Thanksgiving. We would go back again in a heartbeat and are thankful for the space and the time together.

Awesome first trip to Ocean Isle!

This house was beautiful!! Amazing views from the huge decks. The location to the beach access was so close. Our entire family enjoyed the pool everyday! Plenty of space for our large group. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We would love to book this house again in the future if it is available! Fantastic first vacation to Ocean Isle Beach!

Great stay

We’ve stayed at this property before and were excited to return. We had a great week and the property owner was available whenever problems arose. We had a little difficulty with the dishwasher cutting off mid cycle, and one of the burners on the stove not getting very warm, but I would expect those things to happen over time with a rental property. It didn’t impede our stay or enjoyment of the property. Great visit and we’d definitely return again. The location is perfect.

A home that checked all of the boxes!

We have made it a tradition to spend one of the major holidays at the beach with family so no one has to host. This house was perfect for such an occasion. Large kitchen with a long dining table that could accommodate everyone was much loved and used. We also appreciated each bedroom having its own bathroom, perfect for family setup. We will definitely rent this home again as we vacation to Ocean Isle often. This has been our favorite home to date!

Wonderful Home!

We had a great time at the “Living the dream” ocean house. We enjoyed the view of the ocean from the deck, easy access to the beach (one block away), and the amenities of the home. The heated pool was really nice, and Eric was incredibly responsive if we had any questions. I highly recommend the home if you are looking for a family/friends getaway.

Family Getaway

Property perfect for family all ages. It's great have owners keep items available so you don't have bring so many things like chair for ones, gates and pack n play. Awesome having beach closet. Everything you need for pool and beach fun! Together spaces and get away spaces in house. This is our second stay and will always come back here. Location to end island and beach perfect.

Such. Beautiful view from this house and just a short walk to the beach. Clean and comfortable.

We really did love the house. We had a hard time operating any of the TV’s. The kitchen was spacious and clean but the pots and pans were not the greatest. The view could not have been much better and the bed was very comfy!! Thank you!!

Great Family Week at the Beach

Great Family Girls Weekend - Description as advertised!

This property is as described, except how immaculate the property is! It was a perfect long weekend for myself, Aunts and cousins!!! It was 10 adults and 2 toddlers and it was more than enough room. The elevator took some getting use to, but once you got the hang of it, it was great! Very convenient, especially with the older ladies and with groceries since the kitchen is on the top floor. The beach access is like a 4-5 minute walk across the street. There is nothing that I need to recommend or suggest - everything was covered.

Great property and great host!

We were a group of 3 families total 15 people. The host was absolutely amazing at responding to our messages. We very much enjoyed the heated pool and the kitchen which had all the pots and pans we needed. Although this property was located at the second row from the beach, the view from the third floor balcony was great because the house in front of it is shorter. We appreciated the host for supplying laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. We wish linens were provided but we brought our own, it was no big deal. Overall we had a great stay and would absolutely stay here again.

“Living the Dream”

Very nice property, new and clean. Modern and up-to-date with nice finishes. Outstanding location with great view and close proximity to the beach; felt as though you were oceanfront. Nice elevator made it easy to carry luggage to the top floor. The owners paid attention to tech with a fast WiFi, flat screen TVs in every room, excellent Sonos sound system and a great app for your phone with house information and easy check in/check out. Would definitely stay again!
