Very satisfied with our stay. This was a last-minute beach getaway, and was happy to find Sylvia's listing. The property was very clean and well stocked! A delightful seaside condo with a view of the ocean. I would most definitely rent this property again.

Perfect location and accommodations for our family.

We loved “It’s a Wonderful Life” condo. Great to have a bathroom for every bedroom. The view from the swing on the porch is awesome. Kitchen is well stocked and storage downstairs was convenient. Walk to the beach and community pool only took a few minutes. Would love to stay here again.

This condo was perfect. Beautifully decorated and deck has great furniture to enjoy the ocean view. Loved it being on first floor Owners were very nice and checkin was very simple

Great location, lovely host

My husband said don’t leave a good review so people don’t stay here so we can stay here again haha :)This place was great! A good fit for 3 small families. Had everything we needed and was the quickest easiest walk to the beach! Sylvia was a great host with quick communication, and even reached out when we left a stuffed animal behind to make sure to get it to us. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family vacation rental.

We had a great time in the spacious and clean unit. Loved the covered Oceanside porch. We had plenty of room and the unit was clean. The proximity to the beach access was great. We enjoyed the Beach Club and pool.

Good Getaway

We enjoyed our stay there and hope to do it again next year. Easy walk to beach and a very nice pool. Only problem was no shade and not enough sitting chairs and tables at the pool. Overall had a great time.

Very clean and very well stocked condo! On the first floor and within 125ft to a beach access. On a quiet road and are able to walk down with no problems! Beds were comfortable and place had a very at home feel to it. Property owner was very responsive every time we talked! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

We didn’t want to leave!! This place is sparkling clean and beautifully updated. The location is great, an easy walk to the beach access and to the pool/tiki bar/restaurant. The ocean view is amazing. I especially loved drinking my morning coffee and evening wine on the porch swing. Plenty of room for our family, which included four generations. We were even treated to a full moon rising from the ocean. Everyone had a great time. It truly is a wonderful life!

Great place!

We chose this condo because of the proximity to friends' places in the same complex, and it was perfect for our family of four (with a few kid sleepovers too!) We loved the location - not far from the beach and steps to the pool! The unit itself was very clean and had everything we needed - beds were comfy, kitchen stocked, etc. We had a wonderful LDW which was capped off by a sea turtle hatching on our last night. Sweetest memories! Will definitely be back.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The condo is spacious and was spotless. The covered front porch is amazing and I would have slept out there but the beds were super comfortable. The beach is a two minute walk to either beach access. The Isles Club is such a great perk as the pool is huge and you can have drinks from the bar while your kids play! Fantastic rental, would rent again. Only gripes were that there was no toilet paper in the condo and we have to go buy some and the remot to the TV in the Living Room did not work so we could not get the Roku working.

First Family Beach Vacation

This property was perfect for our family of 9. The description could not have been more accurate. It was an easy walk to the pool where we also used the beach access. The kitchen was fully equipped. We ate in the majority of the week and had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The porch with the ocean view was perfect for our early rising 2 year old while the teens slept in. Any questions I had were answered quickly by the host. We will definitely be back!

The deck is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean. The deck furniture is comfortable and I love the swing. My elderly Mom and Dad could sit there easily and take in the view and enjoy the breeze and salt air. We will be back!

Great place!

Comfort with a view

This was our second stay here for our family. Love the open living area and the deck, quite comfortable and beautifully furnished. Kitchen is well stocked and the four baths makes for quick clean up for our family of ten after active days. Short walk to beach and amazing pool. Kelly has been very helpful. Really appreciate her help and the info provided that made our arrival and stay so easy and fun.

It’s a wonderful life

Great place to stay. Very clean and short walk to the beach. LOVE the deck swing..great spot for a glass of wine at night with the sound of the ocean and breeze. Communication with the owners from the beginning was excellent and very responsive. Highly recommend and would definitely rent from them again. 5 stars ⭐️ So sad to be leaving. Love Ocean Isle!

Summer Vacation

This property is in a great location to the beach and pool. The condo is a good side and quite comfortable. The supplies are plenty for cooking and meals. Good place and owner , I would recommend it to others.

Family Vacay

This condo was the perfect location for accessing the pool as well as the beach. The cleared lot across the street gives a great ocean view from the shaded porch. Our family of 6 had plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked with all that we needed for preparing meals. Kelly was quick to respond to all of our questions and a pleasure to work with. We will absolutely be booking another stay at "It's A Wonderful Life"!!

Great Condo - Short walk to beach.

This condo was very clean and nicely furnished. The elevator made it easy for us to get my 93 year old mother in and out of the house and out onto the back porch for an ocean view. She had her own bedroom and private bath that included a built in shower bench. The ocean porch had seating and two small tables that we used for our breakfasts. The porch also had a nice double swing chair and a lounge chair with cushions. House had a portable charcoal grill which we used out on the grass for some of our family dinners. We had extended family, so we rented two condos, and the proximity of the condos within the complex made it easy for everyone to get together while giving everyone the space we needed. The short (< 5 min) walk to the beach was perfect! We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo by the beach!

This place was everything we expected and did not disappoint. The view was so nice off the back deck and it hardly gets any sun during the day. It was a favorite spot of ours! The beds were comfy and the furnishings and decor throughout were nice. The kitchen was by far the best appointed kitchen I have seen with extras like a crockpot, muffin tins and cake pans along with a lot of other items. Access to the beach was so close and felt very safe letting our older teenagers go to the beach on their own. The pool was nice and the tiki bar too but wish the hot tub would have been hot but that is part of Islander Resort so they must have had issues going on. A helpful tip to anyone that hasn’t been to Ocean Isle before there is only one way onto the island so Sat evening the traffic is horrible because the police have to direct it around the roundabouts. It took us 50 min to go 3 miles (we arrived around 5). Suggest arriving early and taking advantage of the pool passes or beach until the house is ready. The owners were awesome and Kelly was quick to respond to any questions I had. Would definitely stay again!
