Family Summer Vacay

Perfect house for a large family and friend vacation!! Kitchen is amazing and fully stocked. So much room for 16 of us to gather together or spread out. Love that there are so many seating options to eat, relax, play games or just cozy up with a book. Beach was never too crowded so lots of room to play corn hole or throw the football/baseball. Highly recommend for a large group visiting Ocean Isle!!

We would like to thank the awesome host (Shay)/ property management for having us! We truly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend this property to any traveler looking for their next getaway! The property was well maintained and far from basic. Everything was exactly as described in the online description. Booking was easy and the host was very responsive, which is always appreciated! We didn’t have any issues or complaints during our stay, which is also a huge plus! Thanks again Shay : )

Family reunion

My husband and I shared the house with our three children, their spouses, and our four grandchildren. It was a wonderful place to stay! The property manager was very easy to communicate with and was very helpful. House layout worked great for us. Plenty of places to sit on the deck and look at the waves or watch the stars. The only downsides were the bedroom on the southwest corner was too light because the blinds did not block out the lights from the hotel pool (blackout curtains would help a lot!), and the wood floor and stairs were warped from some water damage, so the stairs were hard for me because I have a bum ankle, but the elevator worked fine. The kitchen had everything we needed and was HUGE. The washer and dryer worked great. All the bathrooms were really nice. The beach is beautiful, the pool is very nice. It was truly a fabulous place to stay. THANKS!

Beautiful beach home

My family & I had an enjoyable time at this property. It had everything you needed for the week. There were a few problems though. The pool was very cloudy & you could not see the bottom. That is until, someone came & put chemicals in it during the middle of the week. There were dead lizards at the bottom. So, we were swimming with dead lizards & didn’t even know it. Also, be forewarned, the property manager is horrible! He texted my mom all week about things we were doing wrong & warning us about this or that. Examples….Do not take the remotes for the tv out of the room & don’t unplug any hdmi cables. Where did that come from? We hardly watched tv at all that week. Why would he need to warn us about something like that? He yelled at us for parking wrong, and for getting there early and a number of other frivolous things. The home also had huge bugs in it that looked like roaches. When we told the property manager, he said they were water bugs & acted like it was nothing. But these bugs were in the pantry & on the stove top and on the floors. When we got home we had to unpack everything outside & wash all of our belongings. I feel like we paid an enormous amount of money to stay in this beautiful home & yet were harassed & discarded by the property manager. The house was very nice, however we will not be staying in any of the homes that this guy manages anymore! He made our week stressful & we were on vacation!

Perfect family spring break spot

Right on a quiet beach with wonderful ocean views. We enjoyed daily walks on the beach, bird watching and daily swims in the covered heated pool. The house is spacious and comfortable. The lift was very convenient. Location was great and with all amenities, pool and beach, there was no need to go anywhere else!

We had a wonderful time at this property! Felt should have stayed longer. Only thing is towels and linens are not provided, which we did not know at the time of booking. The property was clean and nicely maintained!

Great place

Spacious beautiful place right on the beach, we could let the kids play on the beach and watch from the deck. The location was great, far enough down the beach so not to get much public access.
