We loved our stay at AbsoluTiki. There were 8 of us, including 3 children, and the property had plenty of room inside and outside on all levels. There are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living/game area upstairs, and a bedroom with bath, another bathroom, living/dining area, and kitchen downstairs. The 3 bathrooms were nice!
The porches were wonderful, as was the view of the canal and the sky at sunset! The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook. We loved the yard and area underneath the house and the beach was a short walk. The walk to the park, museum, and shops is a little longer, but definitely doable. We do recommend the museum and wish we had spent more time there!
If you have small children (and we just happen to have a very active little one right now who loves to climb), there are a lot of stairs and no gates - we brought one gate but had to maneuver furniture in other places to block the stairs. There is a door on the top floor you can shut to block the stairs, so that was nice if we were upstairs playing.
We highly recommend this house!
