The sofa was old and dirty. Mr coffee was old and didnt work. We had no ruko remote to watch tv

Wasn't comfortable. Bedspread dirty couch dirty would never sit on it. Needs to be updated. We wouldn't stay there again.

Never with this management.

The room was full of diet linens in a trash bag from the previous renter, and the managment didn't pick up till the next day. Sadly at the same time the room wasn't clean at all.

Everything was great!

Its a hotel.. its clean, with no bed bugs, I'm happy. Enjoyed having a kitchen to cook in. Our room was larger than my buddies holiday inn, at half the cost. Only minor things that should be addressed for other people (but didn't affect our experience) Tv didnt work (probably bad outlet) We really don't watch tv these days A/C had an odd smell when turned on the first day, so I'm sure its due for a new filter change. Entrance by elevator and inside elevator smelled like cigs. Again, neither were issues for us, but may be for prospect vacationers.

Made a good vacation great.

The location of this property is the best I have seen for the cost. Set back off the highway, makes it quiet. The room was clean and organized, exactly as pictured.

Great but some bad

The overall trip was a blast and where the place was located was great not to far from the main action on the boredwalk, and not to far away from places we wanted to go the only bad thing was that when we got their it was kinda confusing to get into the building n the keys didn't say anything about which room number was ours but when we got into our room my brother noticed that their was mold sitting inside the ac unit like it hasn't been cleaned but overall good place to stay when the time comes agin we will be back

Easy and convenient rental

Thank you for providing us a good service with our vacation rental. My wife and I liked the location of the apartment. It’s the first time we were three people in our group so the property was convenient. Also, it was easy to check in and put because the real state agency was flexible with the time and facilitated access to the key and everything we need it for our stay. Thank you

Perfect Get Away!

A perfect size in a convenient location. We could walk to several spots with safe social distancing and outdoor seating and the beach was a short distance too. The little condo was the exact size we needed as well and had a great useable kitchen for nights in.

Worst EVER! We were not guests, but janitors of this facility

We arrived on the scheduled date July 10, our mistake was unpacking prior to inspecting the room. When we arrived, we noticed a filthy carpet, pet hair ALL OVER the room. Beds full of human and pet hair, insects underneath the sheets and on the sofa bed. The room smelled like dirty diapers. I got sick to my stomach. I literally spent over 2 hours cleaning, we went to a local walmart to buy more cleaning products, including a mop, that's how dirty that place was. We used all of our detergents and disinfecting items. Barking dogs(regardless of the pet prohibition policy) balcony doors didn't work properly. This property was misrepresented on this website, because the pictures looked so much bigger than what it was. We were four, two adults and 2 children and we could hardly move around comfortably. I became very sick to my stomach and still am while I write this review. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB in order to be partially refunded. I provided them with the comment card with the same remarks. No Human or Pet should EVER STAY AT THE WESTWARD HO.

clean, perfect location,

the whole condo was very clean, well kept, i would come back again. One thing the 2nd day of our stay, there was a horrible, rotten eggs smell as soon as you walk in the building... NOT inside the condo just in the building... but other than that the whole trip was wonderful. perfect locations, a lot of places to eat. I would recommend this property

At first Glance Its not bad, but once you take a good look...

Me and my husband arrived and after the rental office gave us our keys and I wont go into detail too much but I will say this: The place is dirty. It needs to be cleaned. I would suggest a good carpet cleaning too. The chairs and the furniture have sand all over them from previous guests. The Bathroom? I know there are no pictures of it and we were a bit concerned too. However the bathroom isnt all that bad except for the toilet seat. For some reason it looks like someone poured acid right on the seat. Its eroded and has a bunch of scratches...like alot... like a ton. We ddnt even sit on the seat after we cleaned it off with lysol. It kinda smelled funny in there so we bought some febreeze. But my biggest complaint thank god we brought our own linens otherwise we wouldve been SOL. the blankets they have on there are an abomination to creation: they have everyone's hair on them a few dark brown stains on some of the pillows, a rusty colored stain on one of the mattress it was just plain ew. The ac also has mold in it btw. But honestly i had a good time with my husband that it kind of took my mind off the grodiness of the place, we cooked our own meals which was nice. We watched movies, and sat on the balcony and watched ppl go about their business. So because of that it gets 3 stars from me. Oh and also just as a heads up the ppl in the rental office ddnt know where the laudry room is for some reason (if youre going to rent out a place for ppl to stay you should know a bit about the building they will be staying in, Im just saying...) our laundry room was on the 2nd floor idk if there were any otheres in the building but that was the floor we were on. One last thing they dont tell you that you need to use one of the keys youre given to open the door. Overall would I stay in the building again yea sure. But that unit probably not. Hope that helps some folks out.
