Awesome stay

We absolutely loved the property. It’s actually 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The view the location was great. There were little things broken like a chair and the ceiling fan string. There was no iron. The water wasn’t completely hot for the whole trip. Overall it was GREAT. Will definitely stay again.

Beach stay

The property was beautiful but it definitely needed a good clean. We found a couple little bugs places and there was an old banana peel covered in ants under the kids room bunk beds. Our AC was not working but they did off a little refund which was nice. Beds were comfy, ore was stunning.

Beautiful views

Location, parking and layout of unit was fantastic. Beautifully decorated and kitchen had everything we could need. Has a Keurig and reg coffee pot. Wish we knew about Keurig. I asked before we left and was told only a regular coffee pot. Unit needs some TLC from cleaning and maintenance department. Laundry Room doors are covered in lint. All doors and baseboards are dirty and really scuffed up. Dryer has a broken knob, we couldn’t use washer and Dryer. Maintenance did offer to try and fix it during our stay. We didn’t want them in unit without us and didn’t want to hang around for when they could get to us since it wasn’t an emergency. Freezer doesn’t make ice, it is frozen solid and makes a-lot of noises. . Broken shelf in one of the bathrooms. Broken door to same bathroom. All of this was mentioned to management as well as pictures sent within an hour of arriving. All can be fixed with a little elbow grease, deep clean and quick maintenance visit.

Dirty sofa

The sofa was dirty the fans dusty floor dirty wall dirty I washed the sofa covers myself water was black.I saw one roach in the kitchen I did not bring him with as I do not have roach’s they have yet yo call me for a discount or to resolve this issue. I will never stay here again or refer anyone to this place it’s beautiful but needs to be cleaned you would get way more good reviews if you clean the property trust me customers read reviews I did and still I tried to give you all a chance but you failed me .

Great property, Terrible management company

First, this was a great property, with an ideal location, on the water, away from the noise, but close enough to the fun to check it out if you wanted. Unfortunately, this was a place with a Macy's price tag and Walmart service. The kitchen lacked basic amenities, hot water ran out consistently with 7 taking showers, and a broken fridge shelf was replaced with duct tape. They supplied us with 2 rolls of toilet paper for the 3 bathrooms, the dryer vented into the condo, lights and fans didn't work, and there were ants. We contacted the managers but the management company was terrible. The codes for access to the pool took 3 days to get to us, and when I paid $25 extra for a sweep of the property to find $1000 in missing shoes, all they did was call the housekeepers to ask if they had seen anything and I had to contact them a week later to find out that much. All contact went through a national company and filtered down to the local one. I spent a good amount of my vacation dealing with them. From the beginning, their communication was accusatory. Trashy paper signs, taped to the cabinet in the kitchen, warned of fines for not taking out the garbage. Emails warned that we were being monitored and might expect an inspection at any time. I might stay at this property again but I would not stay at another property managed by Vacasa. I used to work in property management. I wouldn't work for this company and I certainly wouldn't pay them to manage any of my own properties.

Great location, beautiful views

We were very pleased with our stay here. The views of the bay were great, especially at sunset. The neighborhood was quiet. Only a block away from the bus stop and a couple blocks from the beach/boardwalk. The kitchen was missing just a few basic items but otherwise we had no complaints. The pool was small so we ended up not spending time there. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

the PERFECT spot

I took a trip with 7 girls to ocean city, and this apartment was perfect for us. The apartment is HUGE and fit all of us comfortably. It was incredibly clean, and had a beautiful view of the bay. It was quiet at night, and easy to find a spot on the beach nearby.

Dolphins swimming in the bay with our morning coffee

This was a wonderful property away from the hustle and bustle of OC. I loved overlooking the bayside right on the waterfront. The condo was comfortable and had all that we needed for a great trip. My only complaint was that the front bedroom has sheer drapes that made sleeping there difficult with the street lights and early morning sun. Otherwise, great property. Great to have washer and drier and lots of bathrooms for privacy. Nice condo!
