Loved the updated kitchen and as everyone mentioned the views and location was great! Management needs to do better. Kitchen rug was dirty, living room rug had stains and sofa and throw pillows were soiled. There was a rattan small table with broken areas that needs to be thrown out. Some utensils were rusted, extra outdoor seating had sand in the seats. Not knowing that we needed a key to get in the elevator and upon calling it took over 20 minutes to get resolved as no one in the office was familiar with the details of this unit. A thin summer quilt on the beds is not sufficient during weather with a wind chill factor in the low 20’s. I’ve stayed in other beachfront properties in OC and VA beach and didn’t run into these issues. As nice as the view was I would not return. This experience is more accurately 3 1/2 stars but it wasn’t an option.

Excellent Location

My mom and I, and my boys (Ages 5 and 7) stayed here for a little vacation getaway. The place is cute, easy to access and parking is great! The underneath parking was so convenient with the elevator. The view is AMAZING from the master bedroom and balcony. It cannot be beat. The access to the beach was perfect. Without my husband to help with the boys, the private beach access was a breeze for me. Convenience and location on the beach were perfect. The rinse off station on the building was a HUGE plus! Everything worked fine, my only issue was the ants inside the condo. But its summer, around sand, and I know it probably cant be avoided. We just had to make sure to keep opened snacks in the microwave or fridge. However, this place helped make this vacation memorable!

Great view!

Overall, we had a great stay! The unit was very clean and offered a beautiful view, which we really enjoyed. The only downside was the parking situation—it was a bit confusing. There were no clearly marked spots for Unit 304, so we had to call for clarification and were eventually told to park in spaces 9 and 43. Clearer signage or instructions ahead of time would have helped, but everything else was lovely!

Little Piece of Heaven

It was perfect for me and my husband on our little anniversary vacation! We spent most of our time on the balcony watching the surfers in the water and listening to the waves crash on the beach. It was clean and lived up to the listing. Bed was comfortable. Will definitely be coming back for a vacation with my kids!

Best Thanksgiving weekend ever

We loved the view of the ocean and waves. The place was nice but needs some repairs. It was clean except for one of the showers. There were hairs left from a previous guest. Also, someone was in our parking space so we had to park in someone else’s. Other than these few things we had the best Thanksgiving ever.

Enjoyed property but Entry was HORRIBLE

We arrived and could not open the combination lock. I called Vacasa for assistance and received a new code which did not work either. After trying several times, I was told someone would call me back. I never received a return call. I sent a text to the vrbo link and did not hear back. I called the OC Vacasa number and spoke with Joe. Joe was awesome. He told me the previous codes were not valid and included more instruction. Finally the code opened the door and we gained entry-----after an hour!!!!! We wondered every time we left if we would be able to get back in the condo. The condo was comfortable and had a beautiful view. It is a shame our initial impression of the condo was soooooo bad.

A Keeper!

The property was outstanding in all respects. Terrific view and access to the ocean. Well appointed and maintained. Would readily stay there again and highly recommend. Only recommendation would be to address “foggy “ master bedroom window. Don’t know whether it needed to be cleaned from the outside, but I suspect that the seal has broken between the double pane window and may need to be replaced. Other than that, thanks for a great stay!!
