Location was great and the view of the beach. It is just big enough for 2 people. The outside hoses did not work to wash the sand off before going inside. The exterior carpet on the balcony needs to be replaced as it is literally shredding apart. Generally clean, but there were some places that could have used a deeper cleaning. The extra touches were missed since the unit is rented through a rental company rather than an individual who owns the property. Overall it was a good place to stay and enjoy the beach.

This unit is "so-so"

Our full review is provided on the Vacasa site, and there isn't enough room here for it. So please see this unit on the Vacasa site. To VRBO users and to VRBO: You will not get the same standards with Vacasa that you get with VRBO. VRBO, not sure if you knew that... For the cost, this place is definitely not worth it. I had to clean the unit when I got there. I never need to do that with VRBOs that I have stayed at. The air conditioning wasn't working, and the unit was older and dirtier.

Relaxing getaway!

We highly recommend this place. The condo was clean and quiet with a spectacular ocean view! Just what we wanted! Walking distance to restaurants and stores which we appreciate. We love Ocean City!

2 Day Stay

Comfortable stay. Perhaps on smaller side for 3 young men and a mom. I am sure perfect for a young family. Tidy and nice. Just enough supplies to cook meals. Awesome balcony with direct view of beach. Would rent again.

Constellation House #407

The condo was nice sized and the space was utilized nicely. It was clean upon our arrival and was furnished well enough for the three of us. Location was amazing, we had wonderful views of the beach and ocean from the balcony and the walk to the beach was short. The beach area behind the condo was less congested than other areas of the beach. The downsides were the A/C units are noisy and when we arrived we smelled cigarette smoke coming from the neighbor unit and that continued throughout the trip. Also, there were frequent smells of marijuana too. This may not bother some but both were not great for a two year old. As nice as the unit and location are, the smoke will probably deter us from staying again. We did reach out to the property manager who informed us that there was nothing that they could do because they do not own the adjacent units.

Great views

Nice older unit. Very clean. Wall A/C units noisy. TV Remote hard to use with no directions. No ice maker. Furnishings as described. Building was family friendly and clean.

Anniversary Getaway

This rental had everything we needed. A balcony overlooking the ocean was perfect for enjoying the ocean experience at all times even on rainy days. The was no mention of the door key lock it code in the check-in information. We had to contact the company and wait for the code. Other than that, we loved it and would definitely return.

AMAZING!!!

We had a great time in Ocean City and this property was a big reason why. You cannot beat this location!! The view was amazing and the sounds of the ocean were so relaxing. The decor was inviting and the bed was comfortable. The condo was clean and had a great beachy vibe. We will definitely be back again:)

Nice for family getaway

We had a lovely experience on our visit and would recommend. Loved the location, ease of access to the beach and super easy check in. Our only issue was connecting to WiFi as the directions provided did not work. A quick call to customer service got us setup with the backup WiFi. We had starter products for needed items except not a lick of laundry detergent was found. Luckily we brought our own so it wasn’t an issue. Overall it was a nice location for our small family. Our 2.5 yo loved the beach and the water.

Constellation House

My spouse and I came from Missouri to attend my niece’s wedding. The condo was the perfect space for both of us. Loved that there were two bathrooms so we weren’t cramped for space when getting ready to go out. The view was spectacular, and it was just the relaxing space we needed to get away. My husband and myself are both nurses, and it was nice to forget about our stressful lives for a few days. My only negative, was that we were left with only a few sheets of toilet paper when the description of the condo included paper products. It is of course a small thing to pick up toilet paper when out and about, but some guests may not have transportation to pick up some. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Great location

Everything about the property was as advertised, great quiet location on the beach. Only issue we had was the rental had no laundry detergent and only gave us a couple towels/wash clothes. Otherwise it was the perfect spot

Gorgeous View! TV a little complicated as you must use your own accounts. Like other review there is a slight smoke odor especially in laundry closet which probably connects to smoking neighbor! View makes up for any slight issues! Can't beat it!

Beautiful oceanfront condo

the property was close to alot of restaurants but still a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. The only thing is the outdoor shower key was missing so we had to use the outdoor shower at another building. But overall it was an amazing stay.

Perfect

The condo was perfect for our family of 3. The place was so clean and they provided a lot of things that most properties don't. Including towels, TP, dish soap and sponge, etc. Not to mention the gorgeous view of the ocean and the location that is so close to all the popular hotspots in OC for kids and adults
