    The Space:

    This two-story penthouse has ocean and bay views for miles! Start each day watching the sunrise from your private furnished balcony 25 floors above beautiful Ocean City. The fun will be at your doorstep with direct beach access from the building, indoor and outdoor pools, and a shared arcade and game room. Fitness-minded guests can make use of the tennis and basketball courts and on-site fitness center, while bibliophiles head to the library to choose their latest beach reads. Your top-floor sanctuary is the only home in the building with a full staircase - lighted by an ornate chandelier. An abundance of natural light streams in through a soaring wall of windows. Prepare your favorite meal in the newly-renovated kitchen with brand-new quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and French county cabinets. There's more than enough seating for your whole group in the spacious dining nook. If you have any work to complete before you can play, set up shop at the full-size desk in the living area. High-speed WiFi ensures you can attend video conferences or stream your favorite show on one of the Roku-equipped TVs. QUAY CONDOMINIUM AMENITIES -Heated outdoor pool with a view -Heated indoor pool -Game room with arcade games, pool tables, air hockey table, ping-pong table, and vending machine -Basketball courts -Tennis court -Saunas -Fitness room -Library -Beach access -On-site sandwich shop and convenience store (seasonal) -Elevator in the building -24/7 security THINGS TO KNOW The indoor pool is currently closed to complete renovations. Plans are to re-open April 1st, 2026 Streaming is available using your own accounts. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Fantastic

I took my staff for a convention for the weekend and we had a fantastic time. The place was nice and clean and had everything that we needed. I would stay there again.

Stayed 3 nights off-season, property is even nicer than the pictures showed! It's stunning actually. Seconds to the beach, fun game room, decent location to shops.

The property was very nice. The penthouse was spacious ,comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. I wish they would provide two full towels per guest.

The view and space here was all we needed. The view was absolutely beautiful from the loft, bay and ocean views, and we had 10 people stay and there was still plenty of room for everyone. Easy access to beach! Kids enjoyed the game room and pools! We loved our stay here!!!

Race Weekend

We were staying at the property for the OC running festival. It was perfect. The property was clean with everything we needed. The view from the balcony and the giant windows was amazing. Would 100% stay again.

Fantastic condo!

The amount of space in this condo is fantastic. The pictures and description are spot on. Kitchen is fully stocked. The kids loved the pools. We didn't use the arcade room but that was because we had gorgeous weather. I miss the live music the hotel next door used to have everyday starting at 4pm.

Great condo! Wonderful place to stay!

This condo was amazing. Very clean and well kept. Plenty of space for our family including 2 small children. We’ve been coming to Ocean City for over 20 years as a family and this was the best condo we have ever stayed at. Staff were very friendly and helpful too! All around a great experience!

We loved the unit. Very clean and welcoming. We especially loved the view from all of the rooms and the staircase. The interior shutters added to the beachy feel of the place. Beds were very comfortable. Would have extended our stay if we could have.

Family beach vacation

Very nice accommodations . Right on the beach , great view of the bay and ocean !!Had beach Umbrella wagon and chairs to borrow . Nice 2nd floor game room. Not a far drive to boardwalk.
