Rental definatly had issues that have not been fixed in sometime. Elevators constantly trapping people in them and no one was willing to help. Parking was a nightmare never able to parking in our assined spot. Very rude russian girl in office. We will not return nor would we recomend it to anyone.

Very nice place and great location for seeint he beach from the place and being directly on the beach for playing! Checkin was super easy which was very convenient. Some of the kitchen drawers were off track and one of the beds in the room with two beds was very uneven and it felt like you were sleeping on a hill….other than that it was a wonderful time and we made many memories…it was very nice to have the linen package as well

Overall, the stay was great. View is incredible and location is wonderful. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that the pool was closed and under construction. This was very disappointing to us as the pool was a major draw when traveling with children. The manager was quick with all communication and informed us that there was a neighboring pool we could use. I know some reviews mention the fact that you need to clean, but it is all in the agreement. We had to make the beds with clean linens when we arrived. Everything was pretty clean and there was plenty of room to sit and enjoy the views and the company of one another. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our families had a great time. The beach was clean and quiet.

Family vacation

Janet 10/10 awesome vacation. Family 6 adults toddler. Spacious,comfortable,clean, location THE best close to beach, grocery stores, restaurants, activities for both kids adults- putt putt golf, wave runners, water slide you can do it all loved it!!!

Great stay, fees are ridiculous!

The property was fine and so was our stay. My issue is we paid hundreds of cleaning fees but we had to clean everything. You have to make your own beds with their linens then strip them and put the linens in bags. You have to take out the trash and clean everything yourself, which would be fine, but again they charge you A LOT for cleaning but you are required to clean. As a side note, you cannot drink the water so bring plenty of bottled.

This condo advertises that it sleeps 10. It will not, however, accommodate 10. Upon arrival July 1 we found one dining chair broken. I immediately took a picture and emailed it to the property manager. With one chair broken, we now had 3 chairs and two stools to seat people to eat. That is five seats in a place supposed to handle 10. I called once/day, and finally got an emailed response on July 5. Upon my request, they sent over two more folding chairs. The tv/living area has a sofa and two chairs- again seating for five. The refrigerator, which is the hub of a vacation full of fun drinks, restaurant leftovers, and general food needs, was lousy. It was missing one entire shelf, and one drawer, it has no icemaker and was equipped with ONE standard ice cube tray and one 1” foo-foo round ice cube tray. I bought two more trays (Coastal, you owe me $5.) There is no standard cable tv programming provided, only streaming services. I do not subscribe to any such services and could not watch anything of value. Since booking in January and during our stay, I called the property management about 4 times besides the four calls from July 1-5. I never once spoke to a person at the firm. I’m an old guy who doesn’t have his nose stuck in his phone all day. You guys need to answer your phone. The cleaners score a c minus. If it wasn’t for the five star view from this place, the rating would be worse.

Have stayed at this complex many times over the years. First time in this condo. Was very straight forward, had everything we needed including comfortable beds and plenty of pillows and blankets. We enjoy being waterfront and away from the lower busier streets.

Things that need fixed

The main door would. It latch, you had to pull on it to latch it, the master bedroom ceiling is cracked and peeling, the room with the double beds, the vents need cleaned, mold and black lint in it, once you closed the refrigerator, the freezer door would open and you had to make sure to shout it. And all the remotes needs batteries, other then that, we managed around these issues and had a great time

Our summer vacation

We enjoyed the property but we weren’t impressed with management and their ability to return phone calls. We arrived on Monday and we were told to getting parking passes immediately but no one is in the office on Mondays or Tuesdays. We were told without the pass we could be towed. I called the number given to me in my email 2 times and was told someone while call me right back but I never received a call. A different lady whose company owns condos in the building was kind enough to give us parking passes on Wednesday. They definitely need to have someone on site for concerns and questions. TV remote batteries were dead and some lamps didn’t have light bulbs.

Discusting property

Upon entering the property we found it was extremely dirty. I instantly contacted the property manager who was mad i wouldn't pull the food out of the trash can that we found under the couch to send pictures mind you I'm trying to handle getting 3 kids in including a baby. I called a cleaning company and paid to have the filthy place cleaned. I have them take plenty of photos so that i could send them. I let management know as the girls were cleaning not even an hr after i had arrived that i could send pictures. They tried to play games about "oh you didn't want to send pictures then but have them now" like I'm supposed to jump for them because they say so. They have completely ignored me now have not offered to reemburse for cleaning or anything. I'll never go back or recommend such a nasty place or unprofessional owner. They'd get 0 stars if possible. Stay anywhere but here.

Lovely place. Oceanfront. Well equipped. Nice view of sound. Indoor pool needed skimming. Hot tub was nice. Negatives - washer was very loud, we had no cable tv for the last 2 days.

Great, quiet location

Overall we were very pleased with this property! Great views! There were kitchen utensils, dishes, pots/ pans, bath/hand towels and pool towels! Access to the neighboring building was granted upon asking but didn't get a chance to visit. Shopping, food and entertainment all within walking distance. Main downfall was the air conditioning wasn't consistent throughout the condo; the room with 2 queens was very cold and the 2 king rooms were hot and stuffy at night. :( Possibly due to age of building. Communication with owner was non-existent but when I called property management they were very informative and responsive.
