Things to Know No smoking and no pets, please Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Awesome place!

The Jetty Break was incredible! Spotless, convenient, location, location, location!! The place was so spacious. There were 7 of us including 2 small children and it never felt crowded. Would definitely recommend. Was reasonably priced. We would love to come back next year!

Perfect for large families

Lots of room, close to the beach, and everything we needed was just steps away! Groceries, restaurants, coffee, and shops. Checkin and out was a breeze. Would definitely come again!!

Great Location, Great Layout

We really enjoyed this property. The location was great, being right between Bull on the Beach and Laytons, and across the street from Liquid Assets and Kirbys. There was some street noise, but a VERY short walk to the beach. We loved the layout, and the furniture was all very comfortable. Lot of square footage to spread out, nice big balcony, very clean upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean & close to the beach

We really liked this place. The walk to the beach was quick, parking was descent. Breakfast next door. The only thing I’d say is don’t come for the pool. The pool is tiny. But my kids would rather go to the beach anyway so that wasn’t a problem. We had two families of 4 in here and it was plenty of room for us.

Good location

Good location and proximity to the beach. Being on 92nd street, lots of stores around that you could walk to if needed. Beach only around 100 yards away. Parking was ok, I wish there were designated spots for each room but generally some were always open. Also spots get taken by people coming to eat at the restaurant next door for breakfast and lunch, so if you leave during that time you may have trouble finding a spot. Otherwise it was fine. You’re 2-3 miles from the boardwalk, so plan on driving down and finding a place to park if visiting there. Door code entry was challenging at first. Directions should be a little clearer. I know we get the code, but knowing when to actually open the door would help. Like “once code is entered you’ll hear the lock unlock wait for the little jingle or sounds then open the door. Also if you mess up it takes a little while for the lock to cycle through and we got frustrated a few times. Wish you could enter a code and use the stairs for entrance as well. We used them for exit, but has to take the elevator up to the room. Overall a really good place, I would recommend it.
