Our house in Sunset Village was delightful. Plenty of room fir six adults and four kids. The location at 67th st can't be beat- so many attractions and good restaurants within walking distance and centrally located for any drives up or down Ocean Hwy. The amenities are terrific- a beautul outdoor pool, private beach, walking paths, indoor pool, exercise room, market. The house we had was nicely furnished, had wifi, tvs everywhere. A quick 8-10 minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation with great accommodations and gorgeous weather.

Relaxing stay

The host was very responsive. The house was clean, exactly what we needed and neighborhood was safe and quiet. Multiple activities within walking distance. Perfect for vacationers with multiple kids vacationing!

We had a great stay, nice property, clean and well stocked. We really like the location and amenities. We also appreciated the quick responses from the owners. Parking for 3 cars if they are SUVs is extremely tight and should be avoided. Would suggest to other guest to get an extra parking space.

Great for Family trip

We stayed here with my family and loved every minute. Beautiful gated neighborhood. Pool and private beach access. 3 min walk to cafe. House had plenty of room for all to gather. Host were very quick to respond with any questions or requests. I would definitely stay here again or recommend to a friend!!! Thank you

Sunset Island getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home on Sunset Island. The home is well maintained and convenient. We appreciated that it was away from the hustle bustle of the boardwalk, but close enough that the teens could bike there. The unit was as described, and the kitchen is well stocked. The main living room is comfortable and was utilized throughout our stay. We used three of the five bedrooms and found the beds to be comfortable. There are tons of boogie boards, beach toys, and a pool wagon to haul everything to the beach.Communication with the owners was amazing. They were very responsive to our questions prior to the trip and when I contacted them as the unit did not have an iron, they had an iron delivered within a couple hours along with a snack treat for my son and his friend. Sunset Island has much to offer and the home is situated in a location that makes it a quick walk or bike ride to everything in the development. There's also a very nice restaurant and shopping plaza that's a quick 5 minute walk at most. The owners are extremely organized and emailed a packet of information and instructions to us prior to our stay.The only complaint we had was the level of noise outside late (2:30 am) one night. There are strict curfews, but apparently security did not enforce them that night. Clearly though that is not the fault of the owners. Maggie and Beau are excellent hosts, and we highly recommend considering their home on your next trip to Ocean City.

Idyllic Vacation Home!

This rental property was wonderful! Gorgeous from top to bottom, stocked with amenities, and in an absolutely prime location. Everything was clean, well kept, inviting, and designed for comfort. Plenty of space for a large family to lounge without tripping over each other. The house is located on Sunset Island, a private beach community on the bay that I didn't even know existed until booking. It's within walking distance of a small strip mall, mini-golf course, and the ocean beaches are right across the street, yet it's separated from the main strip by a bridge with a security checkpoint that is manned around the clock. There are private beaches on the bay, pools, a tiki bar, convenience store, and one street in particular has beautiful fountains that are lit up 24/7. Renters can alternate between the quiet of a private island or the bustle of a beach town at their leisure. Many Ocean City attractions are within walking distance, and you can drive to the rest in 5 minutes. The owners, Maggie and Beau, were highly professional. They touched base with us shortly after check-in and made sure we knew they were readily available. I had some questions while settling in and they made it a point to respond ASAP, giving me the utmost confidence that they would promptly respond to any issue. This property gets an A+ across the board, and I highly recommend it to any renters looking to enjoy all that Ocean City has to offer. Will definitely be renting here again!!

The house with the bird

The house was clean and the property manager was responsive. The only issue I really had to contact her for was to request sheets for the sleep sofa (which I didn't think about doing in advance.) She replied quickly and the sheets arrived well before bed time. Love that they provided plenty of beach chairs and a wagon to haul things to the beach as it is a little hike although for Sunset Island it is one of the closer houses to get to the ocean. We had stayed closer to the bay last year and it was nicer to be a little closer to the ocean this year. The only thing that I can think of that would be nice would be some nicer deck furniture on the upper decks. The 1st and 2nd floors have nice adironack chairs.

Best Hosts Ever!

We originally booked a different rental through Vacasa and had a horrible experience. Beau and Maggie helped us make last-minute arrangements and get moved into their BEAUTIFUL townhome the same day. This townhome was spotless and perfectly decorated. The kid's room is impressive and you can tell a lot of thought went into the design. Our entire family was happy and comfortable. Thank you for saving our vacation!

Charming Property

This was our first time staying in Ocean City. We were in Maryland for a wedding, and wanted to stay at a place the kids could enjoy while my wife and I were at the wedding. We were very happy to have picked this property. The house was so cute! We also found the community quite charming and peaceful. The kids loved the bunk bed room, and the adults were happy to have so much space (we stayed with my brother and his family). Our rental was during the off-season, so unfortunately some of the community amenities were not available. However, we were only a five minute walk to the beach, and because it was off-season pricing, we feel like we got a great value. Lastly, the owners were very accommodating and easy to deal with. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to rent in the area!

Amazing place to spend your time at the Beach!

This house and community had a great beach vibe and felt truly like a home away from home! The top floor bedroom had a unique set up that even adults loved. The decks were so spacious for 10 adults to spend some time together outside without leaving the house and play some games. The house was well cleaned and prepared for us prior to check in time. The organization and extras that the house had like beach chairs, kitchen appliances & gadgets, board games, linens, etc was amazing and definitely set apart from other rentals on Sunset Island. The property managers were readily available to answer any questions prior to and during the stay. They were also willing to work with us on checkin and checkout times that made traveling that much easier. Highly highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Place

We had a great time staying in this beautiful house. The space was great for our crew. Plenty of room for the adults and kids to have their own spaces to sleep and hang. Being walking distance from Sweet Frog and Longboard restaurant was a huge plus. The kids enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool and walking around the community. The owners were also great with communication! Definitely a wonderful place to stay!

Perfect place to stay for vacation for a big group

This is a very nice community, and you do not need to really go out for a beach. The location is close to everything, such as resaurants and other stores. We would defenitely recommend to anyone.

Great location.

The property is in a great location, about equal distance between the ocean and the bay. Our family especially liked the bay and the pool area plus there are several places to eat and get supplies. While we felt comfortably isolated on the island, it was just a short walk to a grocery store, and plenty of dining and entertainment establishments. Only downsides were lack of adequate parking for a large family and limited amenities on the ground floor (no dresser or shower). We enjoyed our stay and would return if our family got a little smaller.

Great week in OC

Our family had a great week at this spacious home on Sunset Island over Fourth of July week. We had adults, teens and a toddler, and there was room for all to spread out and plenty to do on property and within walking distance to keep everyone active! We had a minor glitch with check-in and Maggie was immediately accessible and got everything sorted out right away. Great property and great hosts!
