House was super close walk to the boardwalk and the beach, and was super convenient drive to the convention center for our event. We enjoyed the ocean views from the balcony and the house was set up perfectly for our stay. The host was super responsive to any questions or concerns during our stay. Thank you!

pet friendly, clean but shabby. Property is in a high traffic beach town known for rowdy crowds, so the interior reflects that. Photos were taken when everything was new & fresh. Pillows, chairs and couch are well worn. Dings, burn marks, cracks & peeling paint make the LUX label feel tarnished. In need of overall refresh. Nice big kitchen and dining table to fit your whole party, with plenty of plates & silverware. Needs new knives or bring your own if you intend to chop anything. Big fridge with ice maker. Photos of ocean view are deceptive. Yes, there is an ocean view from the 2 balconies, but it is across a parking lot, major street and between 2 hotels. Light from hotels floods the primary bedroom at night. Ripped screens on both floors & no screen door on bedroom balcony prevented me from opening the windows to get the breeze or hear the waves. Plan to keep everything closed up if you have pets or little kids. Easy walk to the boardwalk. Positioned 1.5 miles from the amusement pier. Easy walk to lots of eateries. CVS across the street if you need anything quickly. Lots of beach toys & gear in the 2 car garage will save you from buying them at the store.

Very nice home. Had a quick question from the owner and got a response in literally 2 minutes! Fantastic location and was less than 2 minutes(walk) to the beach/boardwalk. Home was very well stocked with dishes etc....great setup and was nice sitting on the porches throughout the day/night people watching. Stayed with 2 teenagers so the room/bathroom setup was great. We went during Valentines day so it was winter and very peaceful!!!

This is a beautiful property and exactly as listed. Everything in walking distance. Lovely beach view from deck. Bunks are both full size. Loved the elevated kitchen. Hosts were wonderful to work with. Lots of steps so be prepared. Would definitely stay again.

The Perfect Place

Stayed here for a weekend and I have to say we picked the right place. It’s one block from the beach and boardwalk. Private garage parking was awesome. The house itself was welcoming, big, super clean and modern. The owner responds right away to any questions you have and is super nice. We will definitely be booking here every summer for our OCMD trip!

I stayed here with a group of friends. The condo was very clean and well kept. It seemed bigger in person compared to the photos. Close to beach & boardwalk. The host responded immediately when I reached out. They were kind enough to let us check in early once the place was ready.

Nice house, listing wrong

The house was very nice, accommodated all of us well. However, you have to provide your own linens at this house, that’s fine with us however the listing said twin bunk beds, when we arrived the house had a full bunk bed set which obviously the sheets we had didn’t fit. We made it work but incredibly frustrating. As well the floors seemed to have dirt on them, the counters were sticky and there were linens on the front steps not picked up from the previous tenants.
