We get this unit every year! Im so glad i found this. Everything just gets better every year.From having Everything in the kitchen you could need, to linens..towels, laundry stuff. Everything is here! Talking to the owners is outstanding..Everything is really easy.Not to mention its the perfect location. Safe, quiet area. Neighbors are really great too.I cant say enough about it.I honestly can't wait for next year.

The unit was very clean,it had everything you needed to make it feel like home away from home. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. The owner checked in during the stay to confirm all was well. The fact that it was pet friendly was what sold us on staying along with a pool steps away from the unit.

This was a great location for familes with children and/or a dog! It was a very easy walk to the boardwalk and beach. The park was super close and very nice for the kids to play while the dog got to walk. It was fairly quiet especially compared to staying right on the boardwalk. The unit itself was very nice. It was clean and had everything you needed to cook rather than eating every meal out. The outdoor spaces were nice and semi private enough to hang wet towels or leave sand toys and beach things outside. We were not expecting the pool to be saltwater rather than chlorine but it wasn't a big deal. I would say the only downfall was the parking. There is 1 off street parking spot included but we had vehicles and on street parking is messy but that's just life there. The hosts were fantastic. Always available to answer questions and quick to respond! We would definitely stay again!

We had the most AMAZING time staying at this beach rental! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated with a perfect beachy vibe.The location was ideal, just steps away from the a park or a short walk from the beach and boardwalk. The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. The outdoor space was also a huge plus, with a spacious porch and pool steps away.

Great house, great location, great communication

Our second time staying at this property and we love it. The place is between the bay and the boardwalk with a 24 hr convenience store steps away. The laundry service is super convenient, the furniture is very comfy any the hosts are very responsive. Couldn’t be happier

My boys and I stayed here recently and we really enjoyed our visit. The house is lovely, the people are friendly, it is located close to a park which was extra nice, and couldn’t say enough about the property owners. Mike responded super quick and was very helpful. Great Place

Let me start by saying location was great! Block to bay and two blocks to boardwalk and beach. The pictures online of the condo are wonderful but when you enter it, just wow! Very clean and organized and it even smelled clean. Neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing but yet close to everything. The host of the property answered all my questions immediately. Never did I have to wait for an answer. Hosts came to town and even messaged us to see if we needed anything, really who reaches out like that. I have already made arrangements to stay next year. We travel quite a lot in and out of country and I must say this was by far the best overall. No joke , stay here you will not regret it! If you stay make sure you go to Mitchell’s market around the corner and get a Mitchell’s special cheese steak!

The best apartment for your vacation

We have atayed here multiple times now, and have it booked for next time. This apartment is amazing. Best location, basketball court, playground, skate park, corner stores everywhere...the bay is 1 block to the front, amazing views, and the boardwalk is 2 blocks the other way. And a pool! Very quiet neighborhood, we have become friendly with the neighbors...everyone around is so nice. We cant wait to come back.

House is great! Short two block walk to beach/boardwalk, one block to bay and playground right there. Very convenient location. Place was clean, stocked with dishes and pans, washer dryer. Access to pool was great too. Highly recommend and owner is very responsive with any questions

Perfect beach getaway spot

Hosts were very accommodating and gracious. They allowed us to bring our dogs along which was great! The property is just adorable and exactly the beach cottage we were hoping for. Very cozy and super close to everything! Just a wonderful experience all around!
