I enjoyed the condo & had everything I needed. The parking fee is 50/car/week. I got my parking pass at 4 on Friday & when I got to the 16th floor, there was a man outside the door asking "is this your room?". He said he needed to turn on the pipes. I had trouble with the lockbox, & he told me his key was in his car. When I got the door unlocked he came in with me. There was cleaning stuff everywhere so I assumed he was a housekeeper. He asked me twice if I was staying alone, which I was, but I lied b/c I felt unsafe. Before he left he told me he worked in the building. I went out for groceries & when I came back he asked if that was the second car for my room, which it wasn't. My friend arrived on Saturday & he was planning to leave Monday. On Sunday, this man followed us outside & announced my room # & departure day in front of several other people because he wanted to ask me to turn on the washer. I felt uncomfortable again so I contacted Andre. He asked the man to not contact me & informed me that he was the head of security & that he shouldn't be there the next day.I left a day early because I didn't feel safe staying alone. This man had a key to my room & I had no idea who heard the convo with the room # & departure day. People who do bad things don't always work alone. I want to make sure that other solo travelers are aware of this before deciding to book- I don't want anyone else to feel unsafe. I loved the place, but won't ever book again because of this.
