Nice Community

I have stayed in this community before. Having 2 grandchildren with me the community amenities of both an indoor & outdoor pool was wonderful on the days the beach was less then ideal. This property is not as well maintained as others I have stayed at in this community. There was a delay in communication with the host on how to gain access to the property on our arrival. This was resolved.

Ocean City

Growing up we went to Ocean City, Maryland just about every summer. I wanted my grandsons to have this experience, so we visited and stayed at this property. It was excellent--an easy drive to Ocean City, but in a quieter area surrounded by wetlands. This was great for my younger grandson who is a nature explorer. The community has a nice indoor and outdoor pool so we enjoyed that as well as the ocean. Also very close to Assateague National Seashore. Good selection of kitchen utensils and full appliances allowed meal preparation. Washer and dryer were very handy. Wish there had been a grill, but can't have everything. Memories were made.

Family vacation

Our stay was excellent. Enjoyed the amenities indoor pool outdoor pool pickleball basketball courts. Nice trails to the crabbing pier. The townhouse was clean and spacious. Great vacation!

Birthday celebration for Judy

Our visit together was exactly what we wanted. One day at the National Seashore to see horses, one day at National beach, one day at Berlin, one day on the board walk. We flew to BWI, one other to Norfolk, others by car from GA, NH and Mass. Kitchen was just fine.

Perfect location. Perfect home for families.

Loved proximity to Boardwalk and beaches...5 miles. Loved amenities in neighborhood. House is well laid out. Allow two families with kids to each have privacy.

Not thrilled with property. Unable to use garage door increased time moving in / out. Property not clean and first floor 1/2 bath toilet seat was not affixed to the seat. Should've stayed in a hotel. Will not rent this property again

Wonderful stay for the whole family.

This home was one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. There was more than enough room for our group of 6 - everyone had enough space to not be on top of each other. We tend to eat many of our meals at home, even on vacation, and the kitchen here was the best. Everything we could possibly need was on-hand, including two coffee pots and a pancake griddle! There was a full sized washer and dryer as well, which made beach day laundry painless. Communication with the owners was effortless. We even got a call the day after we arrived, to make sure everything was as expected. Any questions we had were addressed immediately. When we couldn't find information about the area, pamphlets and booklets were left at the house for us while we were out. The location is perfect for Ocean City and/or Assateague Island. Both locations are an easy trip from the home. We didn't make much use of the amenities in the complex, mostly because we were too busy exploring the area, but the outdoor pool was lovely, and the kids enjoyed having the chance to swim. The development is very quiet, and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony at night. We hope to return to the area in the future, and would love to stay here again. It was a perfect vacation.

Ocean City Family Vacation

This was a pretty good stay. Upon arrival the place had not been cleaned but after contacting the owner he found out the cleaner had been in an accident. The owner got someone there to clean by 830am the next morning. I'd say the place could use a few things fixed(light bulbs changed, batteries, toilet seats either loose or off, garage door) but in communicating with the owner, he responded promptly. The location is wonderful, having access to pools, tennis and basketball courts especially with having teens, a 7 yr old abd a toddler, the activities gave my family plenty to do. Also so close to many stores, breweries, restaurants, a casino, and only a short drive to the ocean city beach as well as Assateague. This place is the perfect location with so many things within short distance to walk, bike and the drive! I'd stay at Bayside again!

Other than squeezing in the garage with the two SUV’s we had fun. The closet doors of the laundry room were off track. My grandkids, daughter, sister, nieces and our friends we really enjoyed ourselves and were comfortable

Excellent family stay near Assateague

We had a lovely stay at this property. The condo was comfortable, clean, and the location was 10 minutes away from great spots like Assateague and Berlin. The community was lovely! It was quiet, clean, and had plenty to keep a variety of ages entertained between the community clubhouse and various trails. We really appreciate the owner of the property. They were polite, well organized, communicated professionally, and were responsive to all needs without being overbearing in any way. A true pleasure to rent from! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Overall a very nice stay. The location is terrific and in a beautiful neighborhood. A few minor updates/repairs would be nice (microwave, master bath shower, mattresses), but we found our stay enjoyable!

Lovely little condo!

A very short drive to Ocean City proper, this place is perfect for two families sharing a house for a fun beachy getaway. FYI this house does not come with bed sheets or towels, but the owner is willing to provide for a fee if you ask.

Family Vacation

The property was clean and very roomy for 4 adults and 2 kids. The beds did not have comfortable mattresses and the shower heads are not great. This condo has a lot of stairs. You need to bring blankets with you as well. The bedspreads are thin and are not blankets. The location was perfect between OC and Assateague Island. Nice community with a very kid friendly pool that goes from 1 ft to 5 ft.

Nice house in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quiet and pretty community close to Ocean City. We enjoyed the nature walk and walking down to the pier. The house was great for multiple families and the owners were easy to work with. It was a quick drive to the boardwalk and beach. Highly recommend.

Nice getaway

We were visiting for a baseball tournament and the house was perfect for what we needed. The neighborhood was great and quiet and beautiful! The kids enjoyed the pool and basketball courts. The owner was quick to respond and we had a great time.

We Had A Great Time

We had a great time a this vacation home! It accommodated all ten of us. Our only complaint is the living room furniture was very uncomfortable. Pullout couch was worn out! Also it would be nice if you added a large grill to enjoy more outdoor family time! Overall we still enjoyed our stay! We are very thankful for giving us the opportunity for our family to get away and spend some much needed time together.

Great location, cute neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay, there were plenty of bedrooms/ bathrooms for my family and the location was close to Assateague Island which is where we like to go. The owner was very helpful with two issues we had upon arrival. Having access to the garage to store our beach stuff was great.
