The house itself was beautiful and charming. WiFi was down the whole time. I reached out to the property manager who at first said they wanted to help me and then ignored my request for help. WiFi kicked us off all week and nobody helped. However, the house itself was very nice and was roomy for our family.

Overall our stay was pleasant, it was a great location only a few min walk to the beach. The community pools were great and a highlight was the miniature golf course. We we not thrilled about the place being dirty. The floors were not clean the kitchen window curtain and stains on it, and dead ants on kitchen wall the fridge was dirty and to found a couple plates that must not have been clean from the dishwasher. Also the outdoor shower wasn’t working. It could use some help with being more clean, but other than that it was a great stay.

The beds were horrific, every time anyone moved during the night the beds squeaked like crazy. Very uncomfortable. The unit was poorly cleaned in many areas. We couldn't find the whereabouts of the pool pass until late yesterday and we checked out today. Each human that I spoke with said they'd get right back with me, most never did. There were dirty dishes and pans in the cupboards, not even minimally cleaned. Furniture in the living room was severely stained and ripped. We had stayed the previous week at Sunset Bay in a gorgeous, updated 3 br condo for considerably less money, per night. This unit has potential, but it's outrageous that their photos are so misleading.

Overall it was a nice place. Has enough room and convenient location for beach and good restaurants. Cabinet door in front of kitchen sink fell off when opened. Would have like to have something like that addressed prior to moving in. Cleaning people obviously knew that. If you are planning on spending time watching television there was only one television in the house with a small amount of tv station options. Overall I would stay there again.

The only downside to this rental is the outside water does not work. Therefore it is hard to keep sand out of the house and we weren’t able to rinse our stuff off.

The place was great. Very big and very quiet. Only issue was there is a bit of an ant problem. We ordered a pizza and put the box in the trash. An hour later the kitchen had many ants crawling around.

This house has an ant problem. I had read this in other reviews, but I thought it would have been taken care of. Ant traps and spray are not the answers. Renters shouldn’t have to deal with this problem. For the amount I paid to rent for a mini week, you can easily get an exterminator to take care of the problem. Also outside faucet was not working. Also read that in previous review so you would think that would have been fixed as well. Sand was hard to keep out of house because of that. If those two issues would have been taken care of, this house would have gotten five stars easily.

We loved the home but it was not ADA compliant like advertised. Both bathrooms did not have ADA height commodes. Shower chair in handicapped shower was more for a child or extremely skinny adult. The walls around the handicapped bathroom commode did leave room for wheelchair access to commode...very narrow! After travelling from Pennsylvania to our vacation thinking all ADA compliant and find NO safety rails on the commode or shower chair too small...made is have to adapt by spending money on equipment to assist our 31 year old son who has cerebral palsy. All fixes are nothing major....ADA COMMODES ARE APPROX. $100.00 AND SAFETY BARS ARE UNDER $100.00...SHOWER BENCH ALSO. SPOKE TO PROPERTY MANAGER AND HE WAS SORRY THIS HAPPENED BUT WE HAD TO SHELL OUT VACATION MONEY ON ADAPTATIONS INSTEADBOF ENJOYING OURSELVES. WE WERE VERY UPSET. ALSO POOLS WERE NOT ACCESSIBLE NOR THE RESTRO OKMS AT THE POOL.

Property is in a nice quiet neighborhood and has lots of space and we'll kept. AC wasn't properly functioning upon arrival but property manager had it fixed the very next day quickly. Also ants raided the kitchen one night but after the use of the hotshot bug spray they were no gone. Would stay her again despite those issues. Overall enjoyed my stay at this home!! Recommend an iron and iton board couldn't find it.

We had a good vacation. The facility was spacious, clean, and quite for its location. The outdoor beach rinse/shower wasn't working due to some Winter PVC damage that occured so keeping sand out was harder than typically expected. The POC person returned our calls curteously and promptly though. This is the only thing keeping this from being a 5/5 star rating. Otherwise, it's a rental worth considering.

Beautiful, clean home with open floor plan. Perfect size for our family of 4 and within easy walking distance to the beach. Very family friendly, with toys, a play tent, and stroller ready for use. Modern well stocked kitchen. We wished our stay had been longer. The only negatives were that the outdoor shower was not functional (no water), the check in time to the rental property on our arrival day was quite late (4p), and the closet in the master bedroom is closed off for the owners personal use (so there was no space for my husband and I to unpack in the bedroom). These were minor details though in comparison to the many positives. Overall, I can highly recommend this property!

Our family had a Great time here! We were close to all the major places we wanted to visit! Including Seacrets, The Crab bag, and beach. We even enjoyed the pool ! We would definitely consider renting this property again!
