We arrived during a long and busy cheer competition weekend at 2am to find that there was no water for a shower. We found out in the morning that the water was shut off at the heater. A little inconvenient and irritating after a long drive but other than that everything else was good.

Disgusting

The place is absolutely filthy everywhere you look. Floors, walls, counters, everywhere! Vents had black slime/dust covered over them. All of the couches were filthy with stains, dirt, they had rips in the them with the insides coming out, again absolutely disgusting to sit on. Towels holders broken, lights broken. Just everywhere you looked was broken or covered up in a way that looked even worse. When we were notified that the house was ready we arrived at 410, ten minutes after the guaranteed check time and found people still in the house, super awkward as we thought we were in the wrong house. The upstairs had a horrible stench and very hot, had to go buy all kinds of air fresheners and Lysol to make the place livable for 3 nights which we only made it 2 nights and couldn’t take anymore. The beds were also extremely outdated and uncomfortable. The bedding was covered with hair, strains, amd muck. We used our fitted sheets and just covered everything and slept on top of the sunken in beds. Having “Clean” in the main heading was the exact opposite. Horrible experience and would never ever return!

Was not clean. Pictures are deceiving

Property was not clean. Refridgerator was disguting. AC vents look like they are covered in mold. Blankets and sheets were dingy covered in dust. One of the blankets even had BLOOD on it. . Dining tables and chairs were not even wiped down. Like there was loose crumbs on the chairs. I am not sure the cleaning people did anything. The floor was wet when we arrived, but after wiping something from the floor and the towel was black, it was clear that the floors were not cleaned well. The couches were gross. I Had to cover them in blankets, after washing said blankets. I spent hours cleaning when I arrived and even went out to buy towels. After seeing the fridge, mold on vents and dirty bedding, I just felt like the place was nasty and we felt uncomfortable the remainder of our stay. It needs serious cleaning and updating. Patio furntiture was also broken and coushins were missing.The location is awesome and convienent to the beach and things to do, but thats about all I can say good here. Definately need to take the word "clean" out of the title of this property. Also, there are no cleaning supplies in the house. So you cant even sweep up sand after the beach. I always clean when I stay at places like this and had no means to do so. The owner should leave a broom, swiffer and a vaccum. May go a long way in keeping the property clean. I am very dissapppointed in the condition and felt like I was ripped off for the price paid to stay here. It needs serious mai.

Nothing was as it appeared in the pictures! Didn’t even have enough cookware to make a meal- no toaster- not enough silverware to feed everyone- blinds were filthy and didn’t work. Hair balls everywhere!!Should not be on your site!!

It was a great location. Within walking distance of the beach, stores and restaurants. Lots of space for everyone. Some of the decor and furnishings were in need of updating. Overall, it was a great place to stay. I would go back.

Spacious and comfortable.

We were a group of 6 older women. Their was plenty of space to give each of us out privacy. The beach is within walking distance. Ocean Parkway is very near and is an easy access. The garage was a great addition.

Beautiful house with a great location

This property was absolutely wonderful. Steps to beach access with plenty of parking. Our whole party loved the house. It was a nice relaxing way for a birthday weekend getaway with family and friends. And allowing our dogs was a huge plus! We look forward to booking our next stay here.

Great Location Fair Property

Very Good Location but property was in need of modernization. Kitchen sink leaks and screens were ripped. Patio door was in need of replacement. Overall cleanliness of property was poor and was required to be cleaned by us upon our arrival. Most surfaces were dirty, and linens and towels required re-washing as they were very musty. Sofas are in need of replacement and needed to be covered. Floors were covered with previous pet hair as well as sand. If it was cleaned it was poorly done. Bob, the VRBO contact, was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries or requests.

Great location but…

The location is nice, 1/2 block from the beach. However, the house feels dirty. Lots of hair balls on the floor and surface was sticky. Sheets are not fresh and towels do not smell fresh. We had to buy sanitizing wipes to clean the surfaces. Some dishes still have food stuck on when we pull them out of the cupboard to use for the first time.

Great stay!

This property was a great place for friends to get away for a weekend. The location was amazing, and the beach was only steps away. Everything was clean, and communication with the hosts was easy. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Ocean City.

Our property manager, Bob, had excellent communication and follow through throughout our trip. The check-in and out process was very easy (we even got in early!), and the location can’t be beat. Close to beach, pool, attractions and great garage and guest parking.

Weekend in Ocean City

The property was exactly as advertised. Very clean, linens and basic amenities provided. Great location and very quiet. Easy check in and out. Only suggestion is to update the guest book with information and update the kitchen supplies. There were plenty of coffee makers, a toaster oven and microwave as well as large appliances but it was advertised as supplies for 11 and there were barely enough plates , cups, glasses and silverware for the 8 of us.

Excellent Place in Ocean City

Wonderful easy location with 4 bedrooms with everything available. The space was clean - comfortable beds. Look forward to returning. 1 block to the beach.
