Simple Steps to the Ocean!

  • Welcome to the Beach! This Ocean block unit is just 50 steps to a private dune crossing to the beach. Complete with covered parking (fits two cars), 20' X 5' deck, and outside shower for sandy feet. Don't need to pack your beach chairs! Storage closet contains a beach cart, umbrella, chairs (4), boogie boards (2) and new beach toys for shore side enjoyment. Immaculate expanded unit sleeps six and offers king size bed with two queen size fold out couches. The unit fits 4 people (two fold outs). Enjoy the convenience of two full bathrooms and walking distance to the Crabcake Factory, Food Lion, CVS, Starbucks, convenience stores, movies, shopping, restaurants, and Northside Park. This beach block gem is perfect for families, with small children, couples and seniors with a short walk to the beach. Central air, washer/dryer, Kuerig, WiFi, Internet TV, smart home enhancements, and new appliances included for your convenience. Please bring your own linens and towels. The Bed is a King! This is an immaculate beach block gem!

Great Spot in OC

The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Great proximity to the beach, restaurants and bars. We would definitely rent here again.

Great location! When you have young children, being next to the beach is very helpful! We also loved the kitchen and the washer/dryer.

Family trip

Perfect distance from the beach! Cathy was wonderful to communicate with and the check in process was so so easy. Spacious living room was perfect for hanging out and entertaining a toddler.

Beach fun

We loved our stay, it wasn’t too big but not too small. The kids loved getting to sleep on a pull out couch it was a highlight! The beach was just a short walk away which we loved and appreciated .

We loved staying here!

My boyfriend and I stayed here while visiting for a family trip and it was amazing! She let us check in an hour early and when we entered it was incredibly clean and smelled wonderful! I love how close it is to the beach! But if you are coming for July 4th, be aware it can get noisy from teens and such.

PERFECT SPOT!

This was our second year staying here and once again it was 10/10! Very clean spacious condo and perfectly nestled between the beach and happy hour! Highly recommend! Will be staying next year for sure!

The location to the beach alone is worth it! Walkinh distance to a decent breakfast spot, and dinner if you're not looking to drive. Easy check in and out. No worries at all. Maybe this will be our annual vacation spot?!?!

Perfect location!

The condo is in a perfect location with a direct access to the beach. It was very easy to access the property following the instructions and Cathy answered quickly to my questions! We really appreciate our stay and would definitely like to come again in the future!

This place was perfect for a long weekend for a family of 4. It is extremely close to the beach, the neighborhood is clean and quiet and the location is well situated between Ocean City and Delaware for quick trips up or down the coast. Everything in the unit was good quality and well kept. Would highly recommend staying here, everything was perfect.

Great Getaway!

We enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider a stay again. It’s at a great quiet location, steps to the sand and also has many amenities. The parking is under the units and a little tight for a large SUV, but maneuverable with finesse lol!

Perfect Beach getaway

This condo is the perfect spot for your beach getaway. The condo has everything you need from your own parking space to your own beach access - which made the beach free like your own personal beach. The location is perfect access to popular restaurants and grocery stores. Communication with Cathy and Eric was easy as well. I highly recommend staying here the next time you visit Ocean City, Md.

Location is short walk to beach. Nice amenities with sharing of items in closet. Good space, bed was comfortable. Nice to have washer and dryer. Giid communication wirh owner.

Peaceful place with a minute walking distance to the beach. We loved not having to worry about umbrellas and chairs (they were provided). I was the happiest with the washer and dryer when we needed to wash our towels and swim trunks. Our host was wonderful when we encountered a small issue initially. Promptly responded and we were able to resolve everything. We all loved our stay.

Perfect location, thoughtful accommodation, great communication.

This lovely place is steps away from the beach, it has a full kitchen, 2 showers, smart TV, and private covered parking, it was perfect for us! We'll check back next year!
