Thanksgiving getaway

The condo is beautiful and spacious! The security and other staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the indoor pool and movie theater options as well. A lot of the games in the game room weren’t working properly this stay but usually we don’t have any issues there.

Perfect getaway

Loved the condo. Easy check in. It’s was perfect for my family. From the beach to pool. Plus the kiddie pool and playground fir my granddaughters made it the perfect getaway.

My family and I had a great stay! The condo is beautiful and the Seawatch has great amenities! Check-in is easy and we were allowed to check-in early! We’ve stayed in this condo twice now and can’t wait to book another vacation here!

Beach Vacation

The location is great and everything is very convenient. The elevators worked on and off, but that was the only concern the entire week. The condo was well stocked, so it was easy to cook meals for the family. There was lots to do for everyone!

Overall great stay

We checked in for a week with my parents, my sister, my husband and our two young children. We had to wait a very, very long time for a luggage cart and everyone had to check in at the same time, which made for a very chaotic check in process. The condo was relatively clean, aside from some sand on the floor and some dust under the beds. It was much, much smaller than expected. The pictures online made it look much larger than it actually was. We should have looked at the overall square footage, so that is definitely our fault. We made it work though. The location was excellent. It was steps from the beach and the building was very well maintained. The amenities were great. The pools were clean and the little arcade and theater were great. The little snack shack downstairs was very nice and staff were very friendly. We constantly saw staff cleaning up around and overall, it was the nicest and cleanest place we have stayed in Ocean City. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the location. Beach front - easy access to beach & all pools ! Movies, arcade, snack machines. Easy access to bathrooms from beach Elevators were too few- unit was a bit smaller than pictured as was the deck Loved the direct W/D area with all the chairs cart & chairs high chair !!

Easy place to stay

Nice place to stay for easy access to the beach with young children. Condo was very clean and did not feel old despite the age of the building and we observed staff constantly cleaning the common areas. Communication was good and overall experience was very positive. I would recommend both Seaside Vacations and this specific property to a friend.

Perfect Getaway

From start to finish communication was great. No hiccups. Everything was illustrated and fully disclosed with no surprises. The property was clean and maintained. The home was clean and set up for a relaxing weekend. It was on the beach, close to a store, and plenty of restaurants. My family loved all of it and look forward to returning.

Quiet vacation spot

This unit is perfect for a bigger family needing that 3rd area to sleep in. It was very quiet and we loved that the building had a small arcade, indoor pool and movie theater that was free to get in for the kids on those rainy days that you can't really do much of anything else. The kitchen was fully stocked, it had pots and pans, cups, silverware, dishes, even a toaster, toaster oven and crockpot. The unit also provided a wagon for the beach which we got good use out of and it had a beach umbrella as well. When we arrived at the property, it wasn't cleaned sufficiently and some of the sheets were dirty. Management promptly got someone to clean again within the hour and had someone bring new sheets up very quickly as well. Even after the cleaning, the cleaning people still didn't do a sufficient job, hairs that weren't ours were still all over the shelves in the master bathroom in particular, however we decided to just let it go and not say anything again, so that was our fault. You are right next to the Carousel which once a week does a kid's movie on the beach. There is also a food lion a few blocks up and the prices are pretty decent. Crabcake factory is also within walking distance and there is a bus stop right outfront as well a Fairy Queen and a little shop in the condominium as well for beach snacks and ice cream. We enjoyed our stay and were happy with our condo overall.

Beautiful condo on the beach!

This condo was beautifully furnished and decorated. The views from the balcony were outstanding. Only downside was check in process. Had to wait on a long line to o rain parking pass and then wait for a luggage cart. Has issue with refrigerator not working but it was taken care off within a few hours. Overall very pleased and would rent this unit again in the future.

Nice property, some issues

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this unit. The condo has a nice configuration, it was stocked with helpful beach gear, and the location can’t be beat. I found that the communication with the management company was good- they responded promptly to questions and concerns. The condo did have some cleanliness issues. Everything looked clean on the surface; however it was obvious that the cleaning crew only cleaned what was visible. For instance, there was sand in the couch when we arrived, crumbs in one of the windows beds under the sheet, potato chips under a rug in the small bedroom, and there was a great deal of trash/food/dust under the couch and the rug. The management company did offer to send a cleaner after we complained, but by that point we had u packed and cleaned things ourselves. The condo needs a deep clean.

Great location and amenities!

Could not have been happier with this stay. For our first time in this area this was the perfect spot. Great location with many stores and restaurants across the street. Easy location for getting to/from places via vehicle. Will book again and will highly recommend!

Beautiful unit, great views and lots of sunshine!

Unit was clean, beautifully decorated and fully stocked kitchen. Felt like we were on the “sunny” side of building which we loved with views of bay and ocean. We did have a little trouble with door lock. It was hard to lock when leaving the unit but otherwise perfect stay!

Love this condo

Our family has stayed in this unit twice and is a perfect location for families with young kids!! Right on the beach and plenty for the kids to do!! This unit has been wonderful love the 3rd extra bedroom with pocket doors (great space saver).

Great Place to enjoy Ocean City

We had an amazing time at the Seawatch. The condo was fully stocked and included a washer and dryer/ beach closet just a few steps from the condo. Litterally everything we needed was there from a beach wagon to a crock pot. Beds were extremely comfortable and the view was amazing. My kids loved the beach, playground, game room and indoor pool. There is even a movie theater. My only complaint was no curtains in the living room. Felt a bit like a fish bowl at night. All in all a great place that we would stay in again.

Family get away

This property was just as described, very clean, entry was a breeze, view was amazing and property management was very responsive!! I would definitely stay again just at a different time of year!! April is not a good month if your looking for activities, we still made the best of it! Nice change of scenery!!
