Location was great, enjoyed the balcony. Beds were comfortable. Very disappointed in the quality and quantity of kitchen supplies available for the cost of this rental. Although the property description lists it can accommodate up to 8 guests, there are only 6 dinner plates and very minimal amount of silverware for use. There were no large bowls for food preparation and only 3 very dull steak knives to cut with. We had to go shopping and purchase various kitchen items to be able to cook any meals in this rental. Only 2 keys were given for rental which made it difficult to coordinate activities. Livingroom balcony sliding door very difficult to open, and door knob broken and unable to be locked for shared bathroom in hallway. Check in and out was very easy.

everything was good till we couldn't open the patio door mid stay.. called to have someone look at it and they came. the repair man said it was easy to fix and said he would be back the next day, well the rest of our vacation he never came back so that was a little bit of a buzz killl

Nice condo with breathtaking view.

I liked this 3 bdrm condo. The beds were firm and comfy, open concept kitchen, nice balcony where you can enjoy the ocean. We had screen door, washing machine and window blind issues but we had GREAT! Customer service from rental company. 😊

Beautiful View

4 day trip from Wisconsin. Location was excellent. Right on beach. Great view from condo. Only negative was the place was completely empty. We did get a bag with 2 small rolls of TP and paper towel. One tiny bar of soap and one small shampoo conditioner lotion and body wash which was not enough for 4 adults. We also had to pay extra for sheets and towels. Other than that the place was very nice and I would book again.

A great Vacation at Sandi Pointe

The unit itself was very nice. Had a problem getting in when we first got there. Had a very, very fast response after we called and had new locks within a hour or so. 2 different times the Elevator stopped working also that was taken care of. We loved the View of the ocean from our balcony. Very,very, easy access to beach and we really liked that and that we could clean up with the water hose. We would definitely stay at this unit again. Thank you for our great experience at the beach.

Outdated Property /Gem location

So happy with location &building! For very little effort and$$ this condo could be amazing. Everything is so outdated -It’s a shame. Kitchen is new and nice. Only 5 dining chairs however, hodgepodge gross glassware&flatware. Broken blender , toaster. Internet super weak. All the vertical blinds are broken. We will not be renting again. Sorry

Half decent condo for full price

This condo has so much potential. Great views. Super close to the beach. Kitchen, baths and living room are redone. bedrooms a very dated. None of the remotes a programmed and the refrigerator is horribly inefficient. In the listing it stated 2 undercover parking spots. This is not the case. Spots are numbered (poorly) and 1 of the spots is on the top not under cover. We had brought 2 Jeeps without tops. Be very careful about parking in another spot. The other tenants leave notes and threaten to have your vehicle towed. And these spots weren't touched all weekend. Not a very welcoming atmosphere.

Served the purpose

We didn't do much at the hotel but sleep. Garbage from prior people still in pail... close to beach and other places to eat. Quiet place. Frig didn't work with keeping anything cold for the first 24 hrs and then started working after we put everything in freezer that was the temperature of the frig. Property got back to us about frig after issue was already fixed by self

Loved the condo!! View was amazing. some rinkydink issues as batteries dead in remote.

some issues which I gave to the Property manager. Biggest was no King. Master was listed as King. NOT.

Perfect Location

The condo has great access to the beach and an awesome deck to take in the ocean anytime. We had problems with a tub and the dishwasher, but the property manager was awesome in getting it resolved. Other than a lack of decent frying pans in the kitchen, our stay was great. It's a very comfortable condo.

Perfect location

Absolutely loved this place. It’s not flashy but had just the right decor, great spacing in the rooms and a fantastic view of the beach. It is truly beachfront and made it so easy for some to go back to the condo while others stayed at the beach. Great food nearby and in the middle of everything. We’d definitely stay again.

Great view

The condo was very clean and the view was amazing. It was nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sound of the waves or just to be able to walk out on the beach. Already looking to re-book again!
