When we opened the door to the condo. We were very impressed on how clean it was and how well maintained it was. The beds was very comfortable. Easy to get into and out of the building. Easy access to the beach. Overall a great weekend and getaway. Would recommend to anyone to stay there.

Loved the condo! It was a perfect home away from home. It had everything we needed to make meals, relax and enjoy our time together. The amenities in the building were also a plus. The hardest part was the elevator but to be expected in a high rise during summer. Being on the 3rd floor made the stairs a breeze and no real need for the elevator. Host was amazing and kind. Reached out to ensure we were good to go. Check in and acces to the condo was a breeze! We can't wait to go back!

Nice, clean, simple stay.

Lovely stay. Brought my daughter down for senior week since she didn’t want to stay with the other clowns in hectic houses. This place was quiet and easy to access. The owner made sure to reach out and that I had everything unneeded. My wife and son came down for a couple days as well. Just remember to bring your own towels, sheets , and blankets. I had to hit the TJ Maxx down the street for a couple of things.

We were attending a wedding nearby and decided a condo would be more enjoyable than a hotel. My kiddo thought it felt just like their grandparents home, it was cozy and homey!

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect in location and convenience. Well stocked kitchen and clean. The owner reached out soon after and offered unlimited assistance for any needs. Checking in was seamless and felt very safe staying there. A definite choice for future trips.

Great condo!

We loved this condo at The Quay! Upon entering the condo, it was evident how clean and well taken care of it was. Royal was wonderful to work with. We had one small issue and he solved it immediately. He checked in with us to be sure everything was ok and was available if needed. We would definitely recommend and hope to return next year!

Great Family Vacation

The house was just what we needed for a great family vacation. The condo is a short walk to the beach, and the pool is a great bonus. We enjoyed watching the fireworks from the balcony. We would definitely stay again!

Cozy condo that feels like home!

This condo was amazing! The photos in the listing are 100% on point. The condo felt warm and inviting. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the unit, as well as the nice furniture, new mattresses, cookware and appliances. We had an infant with us and the sturdy crib was a plus and so easy to set up. Plenty of drawers and closet space for clothing. The washer/dryer was also convenient, especially traveling with an infant. The Quay property is kept extremely clean on the interior/exterior. The grounds are well maintained, the pool is clean and the common areas throughtout the building are kept spotless. Roy, the owner of the condo was quick to take our call when we had some challenges with checking in with one staff member at the security desk. Roy resolved the issue instantly and we accessed the condo. We highly recommend this condo and would absolutely stay there again!

Great condo

Very nicely remodeled. Lots of room and a great view of the ocean. My grandson and I went to the arcade just once ( thank goodness). My daughter had been getting accustomed to a new job so these four days were wonderful for them to spend time together and take advantage of the many activities in OC.
