Very good deal for price and location

Convenient location at a reasonable price. Rooms were clean. Checking in and out can be a small hassle with having to go 20 streets further to the office. Also, there was no dumpster on the property to throw our garbage away so I had to bring it home with me in the bed of my truck.Overall worth the price.

The condo was beautiful and clean. The only negative is that the common areas were dirty. The hallways were dirty. Also someone on our floor was smoking pot.

Perfect family spot

Everything matched the description and the space was perfect for 2 couples and two kids. It was updated and clean, beautiful beach photography on most walls, a decent bay view great for observing wildlife, and close walk to the beach, a few restaurants, and places for kids. A short 10 minute drive got us to the boardwalk and inlet. The pool was nice as a back up for bad weather. Parking was fine for two vehicles and no issues finding spots whe we returned. My only tips would be for the owners to add hooks in the hallway and bedrooms for hanging towels, bags, and other essentials that take up space, and also to provide a child friendly step stool for the hall bath for children to easily use the sink themselves. I also recommend switching the desk in the back bedroom for a dresser. There was nowhere to unpack clothes except a few hangers in the closet. We would for sure stay here again.

Please note Handle in master bath is loose and can't be sure if water is hot or cold. For to balcony in master is very hard to push open. Fan in 2nd bedroom has only one speed even if we pull the chain on fan.

4 nights couldn’t been nicer

Apartment was clean an modern, extremely comfortable. We were very pleased, sometimes pictures don’t do this place justice, it was much more beautiful in person than the pictures. We will definitely stay there again when we travel to ocean City

OCMD Air Show Week

The property was exquisite. We had a wonderful time. Right in the heart of OCMD. Property was clean, pool was nice, billiard room, and exercise room was fantastic. Check in/out was simple. Would definitely stay here again 100%.
