Amazing property and perfect location

This is the 3rd time I have rented from Ms Harvey in this condominium and it is always a pleasure. The unit is immaculate, spacious and filled with games for any rainy day or nightly fun. The location is close enough to walk to the inlet activities, great food close by and the parking makes venturing out a breeze. Check-in/check-out is a breeze and communication is exceptional. I would highly recommend this unit!

1. Dishwasher did not work2. Smoke detector went off randomly at all hours3. Lamps did not work in master bedroom 4. No garbage disposal.5. One roll of paper towels for 4 ppl over 5 days.6. Pool was under repair so it was an eyesore from balcony. Unusable to boot.7.Some lights did not work.8. Packing and tags were still on some newer items.9. Linens and towels are extra.Although owner was responsive he said unit was refurbished so the kinks still needed to be worked out and expected. We were unaware of refurbishment but kinks should have been discovered beforehand. We were Guinea pigs I guess and there was no compensation offered to make up for the hassle of no dishwasher and smoke detector tripping all the time etc….

Family trip!

We have stayed in this unit multiple times and it is absolutely gorgeous!! It was just renovated and it is even more beautiful now, which I didn’t think was possible! The location is perfect, the rooms are cozy, the beds are so comfy, it has a well stocked kitchen and the master is so spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean. This is one of my favorite places we stay and I hope to be back again next year. Communication with Arian also makes this property well worth the rental! This place is truly 10/10!!

Lovely Condo

This was our third year staying in this unit. We love how spacious it is, the location, and how easy it is to communicate with Arian. The unit is kept in great condition and clean. We had one issue with the garbage disposal not working but once reporting the problem it was fixed the very next day. The gentlemen who did the repair work were efficient and polite.

Beautiful!

This condo was everything we wanted and needed for our girls trip. It’s beautifully decorated and spacious, location was perfect and communication from the owner was spot on and appreciated. The only thing I would’ve changed is the tight parking but that is such a minor detail compared to everything else this place has going for it, and one of the selling points for me was there is parking for two vehicles. We’ve already discussed plans on coming back!

Beautiful and Spacious

Check-in is so convenient and easy. Arian is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The condo appeared to have been recently painted and everything was in great condition. The mattresses are very comfortable and plenty of pillows for everyone. All of the appliances were in good working order. Balcony furniture is very comfortable. The condo is spacious which allows everyone to have some privacy even while staying together there. We loved our stay!

Perfect all around!

This condo fit all the needs for my family and I during our stay in Ocean City! We had 2 families staying together with 4 kids total and had plenty of room to accomodate all 8 of us. The location online was off by a few blocks (its actually a few blocks further away from all the hype than what is listed) but still turned out to be perfect. Walking distance to everything. Surrounded by numerous stores, restaurants, ice cream- you name it! Having both the pool and ocean at our finger tips was a great bonus. The condo was clean and had everything we could have asked for, including lots of extra blankets and pillows and any and all kitchen necessities. With those provided, it made it much easier to only have to bring sheets, towels amd toiletries. Had a little trouble getting the lock box open upon arrival, but Arian was quick to respond with assistance and had no issues from there! Would absolutely recommend this condo and would definitely stay again.

Home away from home

Our first impression walking through the door was exactly that. Home away from home. It's so spacious, immaculate, and welcoming. A gorgeous balcony with room for your family to gather and make memories. Beautiful bedrooms with very comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. A kitchen equipped with a pantry, appliances, space, and all you need to prepare meals. I truly cannot say enough about this condo, and the owners. The best place to come home to after a day on the beach.

EVERYTHING AND SO MUCH MORE

We were so impressed with this condo. The pictures didn’t do it justice. The kitchen had everything you would ever need and more. The location was perfect. We parked the car and never needed to use it again. This is the first time I ever went through VRBO, so I wasn’t sure how smoothly it would go but I will never go through a Real Estate again. My family hopes to return next year. Thank you Arian.
