Great view! Equipped with LOTS of beach chairs/sand toys boggie boards. Clean. About 20 min ride to boardwalk. They have everything you need from a regular coffee maker to a Keurig. Extra blankets. The only thing I would say is the pillows are not that great.Again the view was great!!

Pluses Lovely property that has been well-maintained. Well-equipped kitchen, lovely balcony, and comfortable living room.Negatives issues with getting the unit door code to work, badly marked parking spaces, although we finally found the space right in front of the building, and beach chair in a bag very rusted. No body soap in the bathrooms but hair products provided.

Read the fine print

The condo was great - but there was no shared pool as the title indicates. There was no pool at all as it was under construction for the year. The condo itself was perfect! Nitpicking the dishwasher was not emptied when we arrived. Location is ideal - would stay again with the indoor pool, not without. Negatives - the hotel next door is a party place - many nights of loud music and parties at the Ashore.

Perfect family spot!

We've always loved being away from the boardwalk hustle & bustle, and this spot was perfect! You cannot beat the easy parking and ocean front beach access!! Pool was refreshing, all the views were great, and having a corner room offered a lot more private space for storage which was awesome!! Got to witness two weddings at Ashore Club next door on the beach, from our balcony, which was an added bonus. Plus their (Ashore's) outdoor bar was SUPER convenient for a quick cocktail run! Cannot recommend this room/place enough!

Great place

The condo was at a great location. It was the most stocked kitchen we have ever encountered. Check in and out was confusing. No manager at the building. Sliding screen doors could use upgraded. The picturesque windows provided awesome views of the beach and ocean!!

Great Trip

Overall a great property! Balconies on both sides great seeing sunrise/sunset. The beach side balcony you will hear music playing most days/ evenings at the neighboring restaurant. We did enjoy this and previous guests advised of this as well. Inside the space you cannot hear the music. All bedrooms/bathrooms were as advertised / pictured. Ocean view was great short walk to beach, indoor pool was good on a rainy day. Overall we would recommend this space to future guests. A few things to note: Initial cleaning wasn't great provided feedback to Vacasa Management and the offered another cleaning. Had a loose bathroom handle on the shower, was fixed same day. Would recommend bringing cleaning spray, trash bags, along with the other items instructed not provided. Appreciate the stay and look forward to a return in the future.

Family get away

Perfect location!

This was our second year in this beautiful condo. Overall it was very nice but did have some issues this time, the Kurig coffee maker was not working properly, the toaster was toast it had broken wires inside that burnt our toast but called immediately and the issues were taken care of quickly! The vents were dirty and one island hightop chair was broken. It definitely needs some minor TLC! Hope to rent again next year.

Overall our stay was great. The balconies were amazing with so much room. The place was pretty clean, there were definitely places a duster hasn’t touched in a while and some crumbs on the carpet in the master bedroom. Lots of space for our family and well equipped. Issues with the place: 1) we checked several times due to allergies and the property was supposedly a “No pet property”, this was not true. There were different dogs coming in and out, riding the elevator all week. Luckily, we didn’t seem to have any traces on animals in our condo. 2) The office staffed never seemed to be there. We would go down at different times and it was always closed even during business hours. 3) The pool was disgusting. So much stuff floating in it. Even with these issues would would definitely rent this unit again.

Ocean City MD 3 bdrm condo

Pros: Excellent view-- my MIL could not walk on the beach due to health so she stayed on the balcony much of the time and loved it. My husband said it was the best beach view of any place he has ever stayed. In the mornings the sun came straight in strong, but the shade of the balcony was great from the late morning thru evening. The pictures of the place are very accurate. Lots of baby stuff there. We used the highchair when some visiting relatives stopped by, and it was very handy to have. Cons: The bdrm with the queen bed is very stuffy and the queen bed is mushy and sloping. I had to contact mgmt three times for issues (cracked coffee pot, smoke detector warnings, and a leak from the upstairs unit coming into our bathroom), and got a response two of those times. (I hope they've replaced the coffee pot by now!) LIVE BAND-- Every day of our visit there was a live band at the outdoor cantina right next door from 5-9 p.m. It was impossible to talk outside on the balconies during those times, and it was still fairly loud inside. It's a good band (thankfully) that plays rock from the 70s-90s. Everything from Margaritaville to Superfreak.

I loved this property, great location. Two points when spending this kind of money you expect a good internet connection (the connection kept going in and out and you have to keep logging in) the other why pay for linen and have top make the beds and strip them. Kind of bogus

Gorgeous property

The property was gorgeous. Newly Renovate iwith all the amenities you need to enjoy your vacation. The location is perfect since it is right on the beach and overlooking the Clarion Hotel with music playing every night until 10 PM. The only negative was the check in process. We were sent a code to enter the property which was perfect but needed to wait until 4 o’clock to go down to the realtor 50 blocks away to pick up a welcome package. We called on the way down to say we were going to arrive around noon and the person I spoke to said we could come down to pick up the package. We drove down and the first person refused to give us a package even though we already had the code via email. The second person we dealt with at 4 o’clock was excellent and said there was no reason we were made to return at 4:00. Again, the Property is gorgeous and the owners went out of their way to make sure renters have everything they could possibly need for a great vacation.

Beautiful Apartment

This apartment was perfect. It was nicely appointed and had everything you could need plus more. The beds were extremely comfortable and having the 2nd secure balcony was a bonus. We did experience some difficulty with the property manager. I am not sure if it is because you call an issue into a call center in another state and then it is re-directed to the local office or why the communication was so bad. We arrived Thursday evening and went to bed pretty quickly. Friday morning we woke up and the kitchen floor was SOAKED. I called the issue into the number provided on the listing and told them that there was ALOT of standing water and it seemed to be leaking from under the refrigerator. I was assured that someone would be there to fix it and we went about our business. Nobody came... Then Saturday, I called again, I was pretty specific that there was standing water in the kitchen coming from the fridge and again told that it would be addressed. Sunday, I happened to see the building manager, they are not responsible for the unit since the property is managed by Vacasa. I mentioned it to the building manager because I was concerned that it may pose an issue for the apartment below. It was alot of water. Apparently the building manager called the owner who contacted Vacasa and a person called me to say someone would be there in 30-45 minutes... Well, they didn't show up. So Next day, water still everywhere, I called again. Finally someone showed up to fix it but when had the audacity to tell me nobody said there was standing water, they were understaffed, etc. I waited half of my vacation for someone to show up.
