Great condo

Overall, we had a great stay. The condo was clean and was in a great location for our family (two adults and a preschooler). The beach was never overly crowded and when people came to meet us on the beach, they could usually find street parking easily. I will note that the people in the condo next to us had two very loud dogs. I’m not sure if they were renters or owners, but they seemed to go out each evening and the dogs stayed home and barked constantly. The kitchen could also use an inventory check in terms of supplies and cooking tools. Nothing was horrible, but some things were lacking (ex: there wasn’t a pot big enough to cook a whole box of pasta in). This wasn’t a huge deal, but just something to be aware of if you’re planning on cooking many of your meals at home.

Peaceful...

Just what we needed during Spring Break. A great place to call home-base while visiting near by family. The rest of the time here we enjoyed beautiful views, playing good ol' board games, collecting shells & happy, simple family time - just us. Very thankful.

Weekend at Pelican

Great location only downside is our unit didn’t seem to be cleaned thoroughly. After doing so myself I was very grateful to notice all the little things are provided, from dishes and spices to chairs and toys for the beach everything g you need is there.

We keep going back!

Family of 4, two small kids - this has turned into our ‘go-to’ spot. Beautiful views, very clean and so incredibly convenient to get to/ from the beach. Great mini golf and restaurants nearby! The check-in and check-out process is the only part that’s somewhat of an eyeroll (if you are headed north) bc you have to pick up and drop off the parking passes back to 52nd. Overall though we think it’s worth it and can’t wait to go back again next year!

Great location for beach access

The pictures are very accurate and our family of 5 was very comfortable in this condo. The location can't be beat and it was a short walk out of the garage, across the dunes and to the beach which was perfect for us. Sunrise and dolphin viewing while having a cup of coffee on the balcony can't be beat! I would recommend taking stock of what's provided before making your shopping list since there was a good selection of spices, plastic wrap, trash bags, toilet paper/paper towel, hand soap and bathroom amenities for our use, so we didn't end up needing a lot of what we packed. Also a closet full of beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. Overall a good place to stay but could use some updating considering the cost of the rental.

Great condo

Condo was great! The only negative I booked on VRBO and it was listed with a real estate company. VACATION RENTAL BY OWNER nope. And no early check in. Had to wait until 4pm and stand in line to get pin number for key pad. Other than that the place was great!

We were given one address to pick up checkin package and was at another address. Check out time on one paper said 9 and on another said 10. Need to make sure all papers say the same thing. The place was really nice with a gorgeous view and really enjoyed our stay.

Better than Expected

What a great location and clean condo. So cozy and warm on a cold February weekend. Based on past reviews and listing, I packed with all the little details (salt/pepper/soap/ etc) and it wasn’t necessary. This unit was stocked with a keurig, tons of spices and cleaning products if needed. Place seems to be with new owners and newly renovated in many areas. Loved it. Did take me a minute to turn in hot water and find storm shutter buttons. May need clearer directions for those items. I did purchase the linen package, but was a little annoyed that I had to make the beds. I purchased it more for the convenience. The second parking lot was also closed off, but this time of year there was plenty on the street. I would definitely come back here again, any season!!

Our OCMD stay

Location was great. Unit was smaller than I thought. Unit was dirty. Carpet was DISGUSTING!! I was uncomfortable with my infant grandson crawling on the floor. Walls were all scuffed making the unit seem dirty. I scrubbed them myself! There was trash under the beds and behind the furniture! Bedding was stained! With as much as we paid to stay here, I certainly expected it to be clean. Perhaps you need to find a new cleaning crew!

Terrific Ocean View

We loved the ocean view from the 2nd floor deck, morning through evening. The accommodations were nice and adequate for our needs. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, and liked having two indoor parking spaces. The condo’s location is perfect for riding bikes on the back streets to Delaware and back.

Really enjoyed our stay. Perfect for the 4 of us. Great view and perfect location.

Would definitely rent again. Seamless process to rent. Well stocked condo. Even more than the site says. We left our beach stuff in the car so each day we would grab it on the way to the beach which was just steps away. Convenient keyless entry, no key or card needed. Loved the view. Spent a lot if time on the deck watching the waves, having dinner or morning coffee. Great location, quiet and could easily walk or drive to dinner, golf, ice cream...etc. Glad we rented this condo.

Everything about our stay was great! The condo is beautiful, very comfortable and in a perfect location. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, etc.. Several options for coffee - Keurig, Mr. Coffee, & regular coffee pot. Condo was very clean. Updated furniture. Stunning views! Would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!

Had everything we needed on a beautiful beach.

The condo was clean and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. We needed help with a tv and the icemaker and someone was there fast. The beach is beautiful and very accessible. It was quiet and morning noon and night the ocean was right there.
