The property was just as advertised, clean, and in an absolutely beautiful area. We even had a 10 month old and it was still a great time, and a great first vacation for the little one. The property manager always responded promptly, and even was able to work with us on our schedule. Would absolutely rent from them again and definitely recommend! 5 out of 5 stars!

Amenities galore!

This two-bedrooom, 2 full bath condo is nestled in the corner on the first floor in a quiet neighborhood. Beach access is literally right around the corner and you have oceanfront/dune views from the balcony, living area, and master suite. The property has lots of kitchen tools, pots, pans, gadgets, washer, dryer, dish soaps, hand soaps, laundry pods, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, fishing poles, and more! Linens are provided, including sheets, beach towels, and bathroom towels. All these amenities made prepping for vacation so much easier!

A Magical Spring Escape

A tastefully decorated, well appointed condo - steps from dolphins, mating horseshoe crabs and serenading birds. Even in 50 degree mornings, the warm and sunny balcony made for an idyllic coffee start to the day. Walking distance to tax-free shops and restaurants.

Cozy, chic condo on the beach

Wonderful property in north OC. View of the Atlantic just over the dune. Condo is perfectly decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. Could not have asked for better weather at the end of March. Cannot wait to visit this special place again soon!

Family Vacation 2024

101 Barefoot is the perfect unit for our Family Vacation. The unit has easy beach access and is easily accessible for those with disabilities walking. The unit is well maintained with a full size washer and dryer. Already looking forward to Vacation 2025.

Perfect stay

This is such a lovely place! Perfect location, quieter beaches and neighborhood but close to everything you could want to do. Very clean and well decorated, comfortable beds, and fully stocked with anything you would need for the kitchen or going to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Quiet, clean beachside unit with easy walk to beach

This first floor unit in Barefoot Country was a wonderful find! The beds were cozy, the rooms had lots of sunlight, and each room had large newer model tvs for those times we weren't at the beach. The kitchen was well appointed, and we found everything sparkling clean upon our arrival with clean and newer linens and more than sufficient bath and beach towels. It also had very convenient parking for two cars, one space just five steps across from a ramp to the front door (great for transporting a stroller, beach cart, etc), and offered a very easy walk to a wide section of beach. The unit felt private inside (very little outside noise, even during July 4th week) and the porch offered a nice view of the dunes, sunrise, beach fireworks, and ocean waves. The best part of our stay was working with the property manager Mike and his crew. They were very quick to respond to all questions and helped us extend our stay an extra day to celebrate our wedding anniversary at the beach. We will be back!

quick stay

We had just a few days after school finished so decided to make a quick trip to the beach. House was wonderfully set-up, always felt comfy when we opened the door. Everything had been thought of, so only trip to the store was for ice cream. This out of shape 78 yr old found walking crossing the beach a bit challenging but you could not have asked for it to be any closer. We even saw a few dolphins from the deck.

I stayed here with a group of girl friends and we loved our stay! The condo was clean and well stocked. Perfect location, I loved that it was quieter than downtown OC. Beautiful view of the ocean. I’d definitely book here again!

This property was amazing. Right off the beach. Amazing view. Condo was supplied with everything but the food. Plenty of room for a family of 4. Very comfortable and clean. Would love to come back. Owners were always available for questions. Check in process was super easy.

Great place for anniversary celebration

My husband and I celebrated our 58th wedding anniversary here and enjoyed two nights at the beach. The home was tastefully and beautifully decorated with soft beach colors throughout. My husband especially loved the hanging swing on the porch! The location was excellent with private parking, and lots to see within an easy walk or drive.
