The outdoor pool is generally open Memorial Day through September 30, weather permitting, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Pool tags are required and must be shown to the pool attendant. Pool hours, rules, and availability are controlled by the building and may vary.
The building has two grills available for guest use. There is a $15 grill fee and sign-up at the front desk.
Parking & Registration Guests must register at the security desk upon arrival during the seasonal registration period.
From May 1 through September 30, the building charges a registration fee of $60 cash or $62 credit card per week. This includes one parking permit for one parking space. Additional parking permits may be purchased for the same fee, subject to availability.
Each vehicle must display a parking permit on the driver’s side dashboard while parked in the Fountainhead Towers lot. Vehicles without a permit may be towed at the owner’s expense.

Location Fountainhead Towers is located at 11604 Coastal Highway in North Ocean City. This area is ideal for guests who want a quieter, beach-focused stay while still being close to restaurants, cafes, shops, mini golf, Northside Park, Fenwick Island, and family-friendly activities.
The condo is especially convenient for small families who want direct beach access, pool time, and easy North OC amenities without the busier downtown boardwalk setting.
Important House Rules • Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. • The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. • No pets are allowed for renters. • No parties or events. • Smoking is not allowed inside the condo, on the oceanfront balcony, or in building common areas unless specifically designated. Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas and on bay-side balconies, subject to building rules. Cannabis is prohibited in public spaces and common areas. • Ocean City quiet hours are 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM. Loud or disruptive noise is prohibited during those hours. • Cooking is not allowed on balconies. Do not hang towels, clothing, blankets, rugs, or other items from balcony railings. Do not throw, shake, flip, or drop anything from the balcony. • Pool tags are provided in the condo and must be returned at the end of the stay. Missing pool tags are subject to a $25 replacement fee per tag. • Guests must follow all posted building, pool, parking, grill, court, and common area rules.
