The Space:

This air-conditioned condo is the perfect respite after a day spent soaking up the sun. You'll have a private washer/dryer for your swimsuits, a full kitchen where you can prepare everything from afternoon snacks to homemade meals, and an oceanfront living room that connects to a private balcony. There are flatscreen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms as well. The Plaza Condominiums is an oceanfront property in midtown Ocean City, with grounds that include indoor and outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, a half-acre sundeck, a hot tub, a sauna, an oceanfront lounge, and an outdoor bar and grill come summertime. In this wonderful location, you'll be close to all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife in the surrounding blocks of Coastal Highway. Head less than two miles north to Northside Park or two miles further to Fenwick Island, or go south for the day to Jolly Roger Amusement Park and the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk (approximately four miles south). Things to Know Full kitchen No smoking allowed in any of the condos, on balconies, or on the pool deck No pets allowed A $80 non-refundable building registration fee is due at the Plaza building by cash or credit card. Garage parking is provided for up to two cars. If you have a third car then it is $20.00 per day for the third vehicle. *Please note the following: This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
