Location, location, LOCATION!! Everything about this was PERFECT!Condo was spotless and included everything you could possibly need for a beach stay. Everything is right there. No need to drive anywhere! Walk out your slider onto the boardwalk. Beach, restaurants, bars, ice cream, shops…if you need it, it’s right there. Bill is an excellent host. Easy communication and he shared a few helpful tips to enhance our stay. All around wonderful vacation! We will definitely be back!

WOW! This was the best place I have ever stayed at in Ocean City. Super clean, very comfy, and just a 10 out of 10 in every way possible. Right on the boardwalk with an ocean view and very accessible to the beach for those with mobility issues. Not super loud out front at all. The owner is great too.

Location is perfect…. We didn’t really need to use our car at all. My parents being older loved the location oceanfront and boardwalk was a few steps down. The place was as describe and the owner was quick to answer any questions. Kitchen was well stocked…although it was odd that the microwave was in a cabinet on the floor so you did have to get down low to use it. I’m not sure why that was as there was ample counter space…also I was a bit put off by the fact that prior guests are expected and trusted to wash and put away any towels or bedding that they use before departing. We opted to bring our own items which was fine. I do usually like to pay a service for towels and bedding and have the beds already made up for us upon arrival. But I didn’t see where this was available here. The place was clean for the most part.. but under the beds and in between the headboards and mattress needed attention.. I don’t think it had been touched in a very long time. It should be brought to the cleaning services attention. I did use the vacuum cleaner and do it myself before I made up the beds. Besides that all was well. The mattresses were ok for comfort and we used our own pillows. We would definitely book this place again. Just a side note.. the week we stayed there the owner next door had his dog there that happened to be a pit bull.. I was nervous about that being it is a shared deck..but we enjoyed his dog and the neighbor as both were friendly!

The location could not have been better - convenient parking as well - what we did not expect was to make our own bed when we arrived but we made due - the bed was a little uncomfortable and the bath linens could used to be refreshed but other than that the stay was nearly perfect

It was like staying at your own home! Everything we needed was there. It was clean and the instructions from the host were clear and accurate! The host also responded quickly to answer any questions we had. We had a GREAT time! It was so nice and close to so many things!

Where YOU need to be !

This is our first time staying here. I would first like to say that Mr. Bill Pollock is an amazing owner of the property! He is very attentive , quick on responding and great at communicating. The condo is right in the middle of it all ! The whole week, we got in the car once , to play mini golf and everything else was right at our fingertips. The condo is beautiful , supplies you with everything you need , and the view is to die for ! We already know we will be booking for next year .

It was absolutely perfect. The the weather wasn’t the greatest, but we still had fun. Great communication with the owner. The view was amazing and the place looked exactly like the photos but better.
