Great stay for extended family!!

This is our second summer staying at this great place. The spacious open floor plan and easy walk to the [guarded] beach makes it ideal for our crew (2 families of 4 Aunt and grandmother). Coded entry makes it easy and communication was excellent. The place is thoughtfully stocked with lots of extra supplies (everything from extra beach towels, linens, beach chairs wagon, and toiletries), should you forget something! We didn’t have to worry about anything but showing up and enjoying ourselves. We would love to come back!

Condo review

The place is very large and had lots of stuff for little ones which was great. The only thing to note, especially if traveling with little ones, is to bring the sound machine! The unit is very noisy. We could hear everything going on outside and above us, drunk people coming home, trash being collected, and coastal highway at all hours. Other than that, it was a nice stay, location is great and there was plenty of space

Great place for little ones

Stayed five nights four adults and three boys under the age of four. The condo was very well set up for small children with crib, pack and play, twin beds with available side rails, many toys, beach equipment, lots of plastic dinnerware in addition to the standard dishware. . Appreciated that the walk to the beach was quite safe in that there is no through traffic on this street between the condo and the beach. Electronic access into the building and the condo worked very well and added to the safety. Very close proximity to grocery store, many restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Get-Away

We had a wonderful 5 night stay. The property was spacious, plenty of towels, sheets, and all the kitchen supplies we needed. Our granddaughter enjoyed all the toys, and the new crib was great for our 3 month old grandson. The walk to the beach was very short, and the rooftop pool, though small, was great for a quick dip. The location is very convenient with an Acme grocery store and OC's best pizza place right across the street. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay

We had two families staying with 4 young kids and the location was perfect for the beach. It was the same side as the beach and maybe half a block walk at most. Debra was a great host and was in constant communication making sure everything was ok. The size was perfect for our group. The kids slept in the den area with no issue. The only thing I would suggest is looking into new mattresses soon and a bed frame for the master bedroom as it is on a slant.

Great!!

We had an absolutely lovely time in this VRBO. Debra was extremely tentative- even walked us through the check in, left us a cute little card and basket. If we travel down to OCMD again- we would def stay again. Would def recommend! Also, the house is literally so close to the beach- its barely a walk.

Everything you need!

Great condo with everything you can think of. As far as amenities. So nice not to have to lug beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, sheets from home. Just steps from the beach and there was a great breakfast spot right next door. Having two paid parking spots at the condo was so convenient. Rooftop pool was such a nice bonus so we didn’t have to keep the kids at the beach all day. Balcony was spacious and we spent a lot of time out there as a family. A lovely gift basket was waiting for us upon arrival with a custom birthday card for my daughter and thank you note for me and my family. So thoughtful!!! Would DEFINITELY come back again!

Close to beach and lots of space!

Debra’s place has the perfect location in the beach block with the balcony on the side street. Our group of 8 (2 families with teenagers) had plenty of space to spread out and have lots of fun!

Girls trip

My sister and I went away for the weekend with a few friends. We had an excellent time at Jerry’s Break! Debra was amazing at communicating during the check in and out process as well as throughout our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. Debra even left us the cutest gift basket! Great family getaway with plenty of space for kiddos

The property was convenient, clean and the den was perfect for the kiddos. We had 3 adults and 5 kids and were never tripping over each other. The extra touches of beach towels, clean linens, dishes galore, basket of necessities in case you forgot something made it a place we will return to year over year! Can't wait for next summer :). Debra was fantastic!

Great Stay

We had a great week at this property. You could smell the cleanliness as soon as you walked in the door. Everything was so well stocked from the kitchen to the extra linens that you may need on your stay. The owner was great as well, made sure to check in when we arrived and through out the week. We will be back Jetty's Break :)

We will be coming back!

We are a family of 5 with little kids and a baby. The location is perfect and the property has so much space for the kids to play. The kitchen is fully stocked and there was even cooking essentials such as oils and spices. We went to the beach, came back for naps and went right back. Easy walk with 3 kids! The TV is a bit small and there are no smart TVs in the bedrooms; but the kids were exhausted by end of day so that was not much of an issue. Debra was amazing, we visited the restaurants she recommended and she checked on us to make sure everything was good. We had a great experience, can't wait to come back.
