I reached out to Vacasa customer service during and after my stay. To date, nearly a month after my stay after several emails, I have had no resolution to my issues. Condo was clean but there was an awful odor like musty, stale body odor. I had to buy fabric air freshener and room spray. The couch smelled the worst. There was no toilet paper in the main bathroom, and no hand towel either. They should tell you about the complimentary items that are provided (laundry supplies, dish soap, paper towel, toilet paper). It was placed out of the way in the corner of the counter almost hidden.The A/C units are extremely loud, and we often had to turn them off to watch tv. Both air purifiers were off when we arrived, and the guest book (that was also in an inconspicuous spot) said they were to be left on. The air purifier in the bedroom does not work, and orange light was on and the filter was filthy. The bathtub would not drain, which was a huge inconvenience, the tube trip waste lever is broken so you have to hold it down while in the shower. There was no comforter on the bed, and no extra blankets anywhere. Just a flimsy blanket on the bed. What if someone needed the sofa bed? They would have nothing. I read reviews and they all said how clean this place was, I disagree with those reviews. Location is great. I am extremely upset that no one cares enough to respond and offer any solution. I would NOT recommend this condo or Vacasa to anyone. I will never stay here again
