I just don’t believe this is exactly what I thought it was going to be based in the pictures. Be prepared to walk into the lower bedroom, first and climb a bunch of stairs to the second floor.I don’t think this is a place that I would return to based on the layout and some of the preamble before the actual check-in.I think that this host needs to be more open about all costs ahead of time prior to booking so that way we know in the actual ad that there are things required that we did not expect.Other than that the host was responsive to the needs of the stay.

We couldn’t ask for anything more than what this place had to offer. Clean condo, great location, close to everything we needed. We even enjoyed the boards and beach chairs that we found in the closet. A really sweet security guard immediately welcomed us when we came and gave us advice on where to go. There was also an outside restaurant/bar in the condo next to us, which we tried one night and it was fun and lively with live music. It seems on par with other places in the area, where you do have to provide your own sheets, towels, and paper products. It was also required that we purchase property damage protection, which was a separate fee. All in all, we would recommend the condo and really enjoyed being so close to the beach!

Great Location; Great Owner

We have stayed at Century I several times and have never been disappointed. This time is no exception. Wendy is great to work with and very responsive. We love the location, and the condo was perfect for our stay. We highly recommend it.

5-day getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Wendy’s property! We wish the pool was open our entire stay but understand it had limited hours due to it getting cooler out. Other than that, it was a great location and Wendy was extremely responsive when we texted her!

Great views and location — quiet building

Our family just finished our beach vacation and really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable and the views from the balconies were amazing! The living area felt a bit narrow but it was fine for our stay and the balcony made up for it. Our host was very friendly and responsive. With a family of 5, we might look at larger units next time so we wouldn’t need anyone to sleep on the living room sofa-bed, but again, the view made up for it.

Very simple and friendly check-in process. Great layout of the property with wonderful sea view and easy access to the beach. Bus stops right outside the complex in both directions so no need to stress about driving anywhere. Simply perfect!!!

Century I Condo

Wendy was a great host and very responsive. The unit was in a great location and had an interesting layout. We loved the east walk to the beach and proximity to the best restaurants in OCMD. We had some minor issues and the condo is a bit worn, but overall, I think the value was there for the price. Thanks Wendy!

Great Vacation

This condo was very different for our family, our first time in a high rise. We loved it!!! The views, awesome sunrise and majestic sunsets, you experience both from this condo which is also clean updated and comfortable. Loved that the beach was such easy access and our family loved the beautiful pool which was never crowded. We even ordered our dinner on evening and ate on the large outdoor deck with ocean view. Checking in was easy and fast. The building has a freight elevator just for check in and they supply plenty of carts to transport your belongings No problems here. I understand this is one of the older buildings in OC and reading some of the reviews I was a little apprehensive, but I thought it was just lovely and I’m a very fussy person. Clean, updated and super fast elevators. Never a wait. Don’t know how the other condos are but we were well pleased with Wendy’s. And speaking of Wendy, she was amazing. Several times that I had to reach out to her on little issues she contacted me immediately. Would definitely rent again. Thanks for everything Wendy. We had a great vacation and hated to leave. OC Beach Vacation

Our family of four had a great time staying at this property. Directly on the beach and conveniently located to all that OC has to offer. The landlord, Wendy, was easy to communicate with and very responsive for all questions prior to and during the trip. Would highly recommend!

Last minute vacation

We decided to go last minute a week before.. I was looking for 3 days for something and everything was gone. I wanted beach front and the only rentals available were so over priced. I came across this one, I believe someone must have just cancelled as I had not seen it in all the time I was looking but I snagged it! All I can say is it was perfect! The view was so beautiful right in the beach, not a far drive from anything. We drove to some places and took the bus other places. The condo was so beautiful! The sliding door was jammed when we got there it only opened halfway but as soon as I told Wendy she has someone there to fix it! The view from the 17th floor balcony.. breathtaking! Walk right out of lobby onto walkway to beach, also has a beautiful indoor pool. I have nothing negative to say.. I did not hear any noise from above or below our unit! Perfect for me my fiancé and my 2 teenage sons.. layout was so different there is a bedroom and bathroom on first floor and the 2nd floor was 2nd bedroom and everything else so my and my fiancé went to sleep and my boys were able to hang out and we didn’t hear a thing! Definitely will try to get this for next year! Loved it!

Great oceanfront condo

Had a great week with our 3 boys. Condo was well maintained, loved the keyless entry. Nice open kitchen design, plenty of space and sleeping arrangements. Would highly recommend.

Unique Property for Wonderful Stay

I've been vacationing in Ocean City since I was a child, and I have stayed at many properties in the last several decades. This unit is quite different in layout than the typical 2 bedroom rental, but is among my favorites stays on OCMD. The location is great, the views beautiful, the unit comfortable and well maintained. It is obvious the owners take pride in their property. The only criticism I would have, and this is very subjective, is that the mattresses were a bit firmer than my preference. But that's an individual thing. My husband was perfectly comfortable. Highly recommend this unit.

Excellent Time

We loved our stay at this condo. It was exactly as described and super stocked with anything you could need for your vacation. Beautiful view of the ocean and bay. Easy check-in and great communication with the owner. Highly recommended.

Great time

We had a great time is this lovely condo. The floor plan was ideal for 2 couples. We each had our own space but shared the common area. The views were amazing. It was awesome to see the sunrise and set.
