Place was nice We had a good time We would stay there again. The indoor pool was nice but the chlorine in that building was to strong and was burning my eyes, and I didn’t get in the water Could only stay in there for 10 minutes We loved the outdoor pool, size was wonderful

Our stay was awesome! The unit was clean, well stocked kitchen and beach chairs/umbrellas were available. The complex had a pool which was great. Check in was so easy and our linen delivery was there waiting. The host was absolutely fantastic. Every question and concern was promptly returned and they were so helpful. The unit was clean and was true to pictures posted. Very happy week with great weather and family memories!

Enjoyable

Checking into the condo was very easy. Sleeping arrangements were very good. The condo had many of the necessities required for a beach stay. The location of the condo was well situated and within walking distance of many stores. The outdoor pool was great, the indoor pool seem a bit cloudy but good for swimming. All in all a good experience

Vacation Rental

Rented thru another agency in Florida. Incredibly clean. Everytime I rent a place in OC MD, ot is incredibly dirty. This location offered enough amenities , like pots, dishes. Blankets… but it was one of the dirtiest I ever had to clean. Even the ceiling was dirty. That was one place I could not get to. If they can give the place a once over it may be a nice place to recommend to my family and friends. Also given wrong code for pools. Thank goodness we were able to ask someone who trusted us enough.

Nice place close to everything

Place was nice, had everything you need as far as kitchen items if you choose to cook meals. Close to everything which was so convenient. I liked the area. And communication was always fast if you had any questions or concerns with anything from the homeowner don’t hesitate to book if your on the fence

Great location, great communication

Communication was great, even before our stay! The condo was super easy to find, thanks to the instructions provided. The keyless entry was great, so we didn't have to worry about losing any keys or fobs. Parking was easy as well. The condo was pretty clean, though I did find myself rewashing some dishes. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and tools, allowing us to cook meals with ease. I loved that there was a dishwasher and washer/dryer in the unit. I loved the setup of the unit. Having 2 bathrooms and bedrooms was very comfortable for our family of 3. Overall, we had a great stay! Thanks for hosting us!

Location, Location, LOCATION!!

If you are looking for a place that is in a prime location, is close to the beach, and has a pool this is where you want to stay! Host gives clear directions where the condo is located in the complex and checking in couldn’t be any easier! We had 3 kids (2, 5, and 6 years old) who appreciated the toys and games host had for families to use. BONUS- host has stuff to crab off the dock direct behind unit which was a hit with our kids! They also have some beach and pool items for you to use which was nice. We did bring a beach wagon which was essential in carrying our beach items/kids back and forth the 3 blocks. The outdoor pool is nice. It's open from 9:30-6pm in May and June. We didn't get to enjoy the indoor pool due to it being closed when we were there due to a part needing fixed. The house was exactly like it was described. It was nice there were 3 tvs (one in living room and 2 in both bedrooms). Having a washer and drier was very convenient. Bedroom floors were sandy and had crumbs when we arrived but it was an easy fix since they had brooms and a little sweeper. I did contact host to let them know and they got back to me within minutes to apologize. The outdoor patio and deck were nice. They have outside lights for the patio which would be nice to sit outside in the evening with. They also have a hose for your convenience to wash off feet and beach items. I would definitely stay at this condo again!

Disappointing experience/stay.

The photos, and description made this property seem updated and clean. Although on the surface the condo looks updated, one bedroom door didn't close and the kitchen countertop was peeling away. Every surface, especially the floors were covered in dust and the condo smelled strongly of pet urine. We immediately bought air freshener, and were luckily able to keep sliding doors open in the evening. We were in town for an event and only spent time here overnight and early in the day. We didn't feel comfortable cooking, or even eating in the space due to the smell and lack of cleanliness. In addition, the host never got back to me on the outdoor pool which should have been open during the dates of our stay. We used the indoor pool only once because we were provided the incorrect code twice by our host. Someone working at the property just happened to be walking by and gave us the proper code. We understand this isn't the priciest rental, but it was not a value whatsoever. The cleanliness was a huge downside. This was our first, and very likely last time using VRBO. It was just disappointing all around.

Good Stay for Our Family

We enjoyed our stay. The indoor pool was a huge plus on a couple of the rainy days that we had. Condo is in good proximity to dining, grocery, entertainment and anything we needed. Beach was fairly busy, outside pool cold.

Wonderful place

Great location, absolutely beautiful dock to relax on. Both pools were clean. Family oriented. Property manager is lovely to work with. Beach is a walk away or 2 minute car ride. We had such o lovely time. Thank you!!!!!

Great location and comfortable spot

We love being able to walk to places especially the beach and there is almost no public parking there. Love the easy access to the stores through the service parking lot. Great perk to have indoor and outdoor pool access to break up the day. For a small family of 4, the unit is perfect for us especially for bringing take outs home. Could have used more of the amenities provided but we only stayed for a week. The owners are very good in communicating and they even have a great welcome guide on the coffee table. Keurig was a major plus for coffee drinkers like me

Annual Family Trip

It was very important that we selected a place that was family-friendly and clean since we would be bringing our three kids including our newborn. Although Ocean Villas is not new to us, the location was perfect for our family as we decided to walk to most of our daily excursions and was within walking distance of the beach, pool, restaurants, and supermarket. The kids made good use of the books and games available as well. I tend to over-prepare and this property had just about everything that I needed...I mean EVERYTHING (except the linens). This was the perfect location for our young family and will consider coming back.
