We really enjoyed our stay at this condo unit. The location was more than convenient to the beach and to local restaurants. Being on 39th st you are in the heart of it all. We stayed during Rock & Ride week and altho we were skeptical about how noisy it would be, it wasn't a problem at all. I would say the only negative was the thick dust on the ceiling fan on the master bdroom. I did not complain to the host because I know it is probably hard to keep up with people constantly coming and going. And it's hard to monitor the cleaning crew to get these details, like the fan. Overall everything else was really nice. Great updated kitchen, pictures are just what you see. Wonderful view of Ocean. The white plastic chairs on the balcony were very dirty but we cleaned and wipe them down. Updated patio chairs would have been nice. But I know not everyone has. I think it just adds that touch, where its more inviting and you want to sit out there more because of the view. It is definitely beautiful to see the sunrise! We have no regrets of staying here, it is still a nice, very pretty, spacious, comfortable homey place. And Nicole is quick to respond and you can ask her any questions. We would definitely return

Spotless clean and beautiful house. Kitchen had everything that we need. Beds were comfortable and extra sheets and pillows offered. Nice veranda with ocean view. Walk to the beach is like 20 seconds! So close and convenient. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

The condo was very nice and exactly like the pictures. We had an issue with the electric door lock but the owner was very responsive and found a solution for us. The location was perfect!

The condo was wonderful - it was perfectly located immediately adjacent to the beach, and at a prime spot in Ocean City. Communication and coordination with the property owner was seamless, and the check-in process was as easy as could be.

Vacation in OC

Property is conveniently located in the heart of OC. The beach access is literally steps away from the building, staffed with lifeguards as well as available umbrella and chair rental. The unit is updated and very clean. Plenty of comfortable seating in the main living area and the kitchen was well equipped. Property owner was super helpful and responsive to the handful of questions we had. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Place!!!

This place was perfect! Great location. Very clean and very modernized. Easy check-in, we had to arrive super late and was very easy. Communication could not have been better! I’d stay here again with no reservations!

DFW Ladies Rock Feast Trip

Hi Nicole, we loved our trip, and thank you for the beautiful place. I have only a couple of recommendations: Coming from out of state, the lack of hand towels or big towels was hard. We had to go buy some. Also, there were no sheets for the pull-out bed. Other than that, it was awesome.
