Family Getaway

This was a great sized house for our family of 16. Location was very convenient for the ocean and bay. Beautiful view from the balconies and great views of Sunday night fireworks. Our family loved it!

Great stay on the bay

Just had our second stay at this beautiful house. The view alone on the bay made it worth it, but everything else about the house is great. It’s huge and very well provisioned. Enjoy!

Excellent Vacation Property

The home was absolutely amazing! Beautiful, immaculate, well appointed and as advertised. The host was very receptive and gracious. A wonderful time was had by all. Highly recommend!

It was a great week. The house is beautiful and as we only had 9 staying, couples had a room and so did each grandchild. The weather wasn't great the last two days so the pool table was the site of a tournament and thoroughly enjoyed. We all enjoyed the pool as well as the beach. We tend to eat dinners out so enjoyed the variety of restaurants close by. We have travelled to OC many times over the years and this house was definitely at the top of the list.The fireworks Sunday night were such a bonus.

Summer vacation in Ocean City Md 2023

We had a great time in our VRBO rental. Easy access to the beach and immediate view of the bay was great. We did take out plus cook inside and all worked well. We are very happy. My grand children all had favorite moments and my son in law said it was the nicest place he had ever been to for a vacation.

Everything we could ask for and more

Property was clean, well-maintained with high end finishes. Plenty of room for our party consisting of 2 families. Private pier was great for our kayak rentals. Best location.... convenient to everything with beautiful views of the bay. Rob was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Fantastic vacation

The house was beyond super, everything promised was delivered and our entire family had a great time. Views from rear decks amazing. House beautifully furnished. 2 refrigerators and icemaker, 2 washers/dryers super convenient. Community pool, short walk from house, was clean and inviting.

Wonderful family vacation

The property was exactly what our large family needed. Plenty of space to spread out. The decks on the bay were wonderful and we enjoyed using our kayaks and paddle boards off the docks. The kitchen was really well equipped and we are a family who likes to cook! Convenient to shopping, beach and entertainment but with everything the house offered, we didn’t even have to leave. Thank you!

Awesome vacation!

Three generations of our family stayed for a week and had a fabulous time. The house is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. We loved the outdoor kitchen and the dock in back. We rented two kayaks for the week, tied them to the dock and enjoyed many outings. Bedrooms are large and comfortable. The living area is huge - room for all to eat, play games, do puzzles, knit, chat, nap, and relax! The kitchen is large and well equipped. Bob, the manager, was responsive and helped us out with our only question. (How do we lower the ladder on the dock to get down to our kayak - actually with his help quite easy! I can't say enough things about this wonderful house and our wonderful week!

Beautiful house in a great location!

Family vacation with 15 family members. The house was as advertised (mostly, see below) and the location is perfect. The ability to use the community pool was a big hit with the kiddos. Overall experience was wonderful and we may stay here again next year. The only opportunites were: 1. the beds were full, not queen as advertised. 2. the beds are VERY firm, so plan accordingly. 3. the internet/cable failed on multiple occassions across multiple days. 4. The front door was hard to open/close, impossible for small kids to use and must be addressed/repaired. The property manager was great and quickly responded to our texts. He attempted to immediately address our minor issues. Again, overall a GREAT experience and we would recommend this location to family and friends.

We gathered for a family reunion.

The house was great. There are a few things to keep in mind if renting this property. There were not enough towels for bathrooms and kitchen. Towels and bathroom rugs were damp when we arrived. I was told that housekeeping probably ran out of time. We didn’t have toilet paper to get us started, as many of us had traveled long distances and it would have been nice not to have to run out right away. The refrigerator had a hard time keeping up with our group. Things didn’t stay frozen during the day and ice maker made very little ice. Overall the house was perfect for our family reunion.

wonderful house

The house is new and just as described. It's well-equipped, very spacious, and the space works well. One of our favorite things was sitting on one of the decks and gazing at the bay and the spectacular sunsets.. There were 16 of us from grandmother to an 8 year old. We didn't feel crowded. It's a bit of a walk to the beach if you are carrying beach stuff. If not, it's about a 20 minute easy walk through a very pretty neighborhood. Usually, one of us drove some of the others and the beach equipment to the beach, and then drove back to the house, and walked back. Because of the lovely, quiet neighborhood, and the calming bay, you don't feel like you're in busy Ocean City.
