    Siéntase como en casa en nuestro hermoso y espacioso condominio de 3 habitaciones y 1. 5 baños. El condominio está ubicado en la calle 88 y está a solo unos pasos de la playa, con vista al mar desde nuestro amplio balcón.

    Encontrará la casa en perfecto estado, con cocina y baños recientemente actualizados. Y trabajamos duro para asegurarnos de que tengamos todas las comodidades que necesitará, incluyendo: platos, utensilios, electrodomésticos de cocina, sistema estéreo para iPod. El salón tiene una gran televisión de alta definición, con un reproductor de DVD / VCR, y una variedad de películas y juegos, así como acceso gratuito a WIFI.

Very positive experience. Enjoyed the location and the proximity to the beach. The place was clean with plenty of room for 4 adults. Especially enjoyed the outside porch area.

Great location, steps from the beach, great communication with host. Nice place, but seemed a bit more dated, especially the kitchen, than included in description. Parking is a bit tough in spot under building, has to be a low car, SUV, no chance. There is free street parking but it’s always crowded.

Overall the place had a great location, nice porch and easy access to the beach and to the businesses we wanted to visit

Yearly Beach Week

Nice condo, could have been a little cleaner. Great porch. Good location and perfect size for our group. And close to friends and family staying the same week. And the beach! Would like to stay again next year.

Our weekend in OC

Our stay was nice, location good. Condo decorated nice. Unit was only surface clean, had to buy towels, sheets, paper itemsbon first day of artival..I text owner in detail and to request cleaning fee be refunded.

Perfect Vacation!

Arrived and had a clean secure place with all the AC, and appliances needed for a nice week with family. Close to the beach, on the ocean block. Neighbors were well behaved and there were no surprises. Family loved the beach, the layout and the sleeping arrangements worked well. We were able to enjoy the beach during day, and the porch at night. The boardwalk activities are a 15 minute drive but worth it. We truly had a blast! Coming back for sure!

Awesome family time at the beach

A perfect space to celebrate my husband's birthday and getaway. The home was warmly decorated and comfortable. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, it was very convenient. The location is accessible to the beach, shopping and nearby attractions. Small hiccup when we discovered only 2 sets of keys in the lockbox and laundry in the washer but no worries we totally enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property and will book again. Thanks Mike and Nancy

Great location

Large enough to accommodate all. Location very good. Great to have washer and dryer. Mike was responsive. Unit could be updated. Cleaning company not very good.

Owner was great to work with. Linen service was an unexpected bonus. The condo needs a deep clean , it doesn’t look like it has been done in the off season. It needs a refresh of kitchen plates, equipment, etc. The cleaning service did not do a complete job.

Great Location

Conveniently located near the beach,restaurants and activities.Mike was very responsive and his welcome packet was so helpful. The beds and furniture were comfortable.The porch was a family favorite hang out location. The unit could have been a bit cleaner, there were many dead bugs in the bathroom ceiling light, the dishwasher had a moldy film inside, there was an empty vodka bottle stuffed under the mattress of our bed, and the mirrors were dirty. We arrived 1 and 1/2 hours after the designated check in time to find the cleaning lady inside. She was very apologetic and polite explaining that she was unable to access the code to get the keys sooner causing her to be late. We waited outside for about 20 minutes while she finished. In fairness, she may have felt rushed with us being there. We did a quick clean up of these issues and had a wonderful family beach vacation.
