    Alquile este hermoso condominio de 2,000 pies cuadrados en el centro de Ocean City. Excelente ubicación cerca de la entrada, en la esquina de Wicomico y Filadelfia. A pie de la playa, paseo marítimo, bares y restaurantes locales. Al otro lado de la calle está el helado casero de Dumser.
    La unidad está en el 3er piso y tiene 2 espacios de estacionamiento reservados.

    A partir de la última semana de junio a septiembre, la propiedad solo está disponible para alquileres semanales con registro el sábado.
    Mínimo de tres noches fuera de temporada.

    Las sábanas NO están incluidas (sábanas / toallas). Los huéspedes tienen la opción de traer ropa de cama o comprar ropa de cama. Se proporcionan papel higiénico, jabones, artículos de limpieza, bolsas de basura y toallas de papel.

The condo is so big and clean which is great for hosting family vacations! I used the linen package which allowed us to have beds made once we arrived--which was definitely worth the cost. Everything on the kitchen was labeled which was super helpful (I'm a type A person). The only thing that I think could be improved was the beds were like sleeping on a rock. Extremely firm!! And for multiple people in the house with previous back issues, we had to make a trip to Walmart for foam mattress toppers. Otherwise, great condo with a good view for people watching!!

What a beautiful, well maintained condo! It was conveniently located near the boardwalk. Communication with the owner was easy and she made sure we had all the check in information days before arrival. All the rooms are large and everything was in excellent working condition. We have stayed in many places in Ocean City over the years and this was the best one with nothing needed to make it the perfect place.

One of the nicest places I have stayed at in Ocean City. The condo is very clean, Linda provides clear details and instructions about the condo. Everything is within walking distance so you can park your vehicle and not have to worry about driving around and finding parkingDefinitely look forward to staying here again in the future

Staying by the beach

It was absolutely very very nice.It was very clean and well stocked with the things that we needed.It was spacious and we had lots of room.I loved it.I would enjoy staying there again sometime.

Super Clean and Perfect Location

Our stay was so wonderful. The condo was super clean had everything we needed plus more. We couldn't have picked a better location. This is where we will stay every trip. The host was wonderful as well.

Great Location

We enjoyed our week stay at this property! We loved the location being so close to the boardwalk with having little kids. We hope to return in the future :)

Everything we wanted and more

Very clean, well organized, and amazing layout. The location was also amazing and very convenient for having to drive back and for to the convention center. I would definitely book this location again.

Wonderful stay!

I took my children and their spouses and grandkids to OC for a long weekend. The condo was amazing along with the location. We will definitely stay at this location again.
