Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. This location was great, so close to the beach! The condo had great decor and had everything we needed for a long weekend. My only complaints were that the AC never cooled the condo down and continuously ran. The master bedroom bed could probably use an update as well. But overall, we enjoyed our stay.

If was a bit disappointing after traveling all day we had to make our own beds upon arrival. Property manager was great in communicating with us. Cleaners could have done a better job.

Girls trip

We had a great stay. Had an issue w some water when we got there and the property manager came and took care of it right away. Great spot to walk to the beach. Definitely stay here again

Great location!

Well maintained and updated condo, very close to the beach. Easy check in and communication, thanks for a great Labor Day weekend!

Vacation

We were thoroughly impressed with the property, location, cleanliness and overall stay. Our property manager was very easy to contact and available to assist us. The property itself was extremely well kept and clean. We will definitely recommend this property to our family and friends and plan to stay again in the future.

Nice weekend place!

This was a great place to stay for a fun weekend at the beach for a wedding. The condo was clean and adorably decorated in a great location to everything ocean city has to offer. Really only criticism would be that there were not linens or towels and a fairly extensive list of rules/ check out process. Would absolutely recommend this for your next getaway!

Excellent vacation! Excellent condo!!! It was very clean and beautifully remodeled! Property manager was very prompt on messages. It was great to have a carefree vacation! Highly recommend.

Excellent place with great location

We absolutely loved this place. It was close to the beach and out of the busyness of the boardwalk, but in walking distance of a lot of shops/restaurants. It was updated with new decor and very clean. Also had a ton of small features that offered a lot of conveniences like hooks in every room, laundry baskets and a storage space for your beach stuff. We will definitely be renting again.

Beach vacation

Property was great for family. Clean and enough room for the four of us. Short walk to beach, which was nice. Storage facility for beach equipment. A few places walking distance, Sweet Frogs available for late night treat. One dedicated parking spot, a little tight but off street available.

The property was so cute and just as the listing says. We really enjoyed it and will be booking again! The only thing was if your in a larger vehicle you will have trouble parking in the reserved spot. But loved everything about it!!

Great location & beautiful condo!

This space was perfect for our two couples & two year old. Every aspect was renovated and clean. Having the outdoor storage to put your beach items in makes this place perfect…no sand in your car! The use of the electronic lock instead of a key also makes check in, check out, and everyday a lot easier. Less than a five minute walk to the beach. Would absolutely recommend if vacationing with your family and would love to book this place again!

Great Location!

Unit was wonderfully kept and redone. It was welcoming and very clean. Second bedroom change to two separate full beds (vs. bunk beds) worked amazing for our group. Short walk to beach. Rental office very quick to respond to calls. Only downside is if you’re sensitive to noise/light sleeper we could hear the upstairs neighbors (they had children) - obviously nothing to be done about that just an FYI! Close to many restaurants, shops and bus stop. We will definitely stay again!!!

Gorgeous condo!

We stayed for 3 nights in July. Condo is beautifully decorated with beachy, cozy, modern decor. The parking spot was only one flight down and right next to the stairs. Safe security system in place. Only negative is the AC unit is in the closet in the main bedroom and can be loud. After running it expels a loud hissing sound for quite awhile. Overall gorgeous condo , very close to the ocean.

Great location!

This was our first time visiting Ocean City, MD. This rental was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook a couple meals during our stay. Everything is updated and super cute. The location was perfect too. You could walk right out to the beach, easily walk to restaurants/shops/ice cream, etc. I loved the reserved parking spot. It was a little tight for our Tahoe but we made it work. It was much better than having to searching for a parking spot at a big hotel parking lot. The only downfall I had (and it’s not a huge downfall- just more of a personal preference) was there was no washer and dryer. We would most definitely stay at this rental again if we went back to Ocean City!

Wonderful spot for a family of four

The property location is great. We walked to restaurants and really appreciated the closeness to the beach. This made for easy lunch breaks at the condo and bathroom trips while spending the day at the beach. Condo was overall clean and kitchen had all the basic necessities. Only less than perfect feedback was about the bedding. Pillow cases matching the double bed comforters were clearly not fresh, with old kid stickers visible on them. We swapped them out the the fresh linens provided. This worked about well with only 4 of us staying. If we had 6 we would have been short on pillow cases. Definitely would return in the future.

Anniversary weekend

Parking is continently located next to stairs. Upon entering the condo- lighting was very dim, living room ceiling fan didn’t work. And no portable fan/ ceiling fan in bedrooms. Gets very hot. The master bed is very hot and uncomfortable had a dip in the middle. The room could use a mattress. The tv in master also wouldn’t connect to the internet kept giving us a “we are experiencing a problem connecting “ no washer/ dryer in the unit. Pictures make the place appear larger than reality. Shower curtain is to short so the floor gets really wet, and the shower bottom is very slippery. Place was clean. I did have a belonging fall behind the night stand and there was a lot of dust but the main floors were clean.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My granddaughter backed into an old warped door. They charged me750.00 to fix it. The guy took it off bent the door back and used the same rusty screws and hinges! I watched him , it took about 30 mins.also the garage area is in bad shape, we were told we could use the storage unit for our unit, had a hard time opening it because it was warped, when we were able to open it the more smell was terrible. So basically there’s no storage for beach items. The living room windows were salt encrusted and very dirty. Much needed ceiling fans in bedrooms would help!!My granddaughter backed into an old warped door. They charged me 750.00 to fix it. All he did was remove the door , straighten the door, used the same rusty screws and hinges. I watched him , it took about 30 minutes. The garage area is in bad shape , the storage unit we were supposed to use took a long time to open because it also was warped, spelled so bad of mildew we closed it back up!! So there is no real storage area for your beach things.2 bedrooms don’t have ceiling fans , the windows in the living room were salt encrusted , could barely see out!! Proximity to the beach was good, also terrible parking!!
